The role sits within our EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) team in London, specifically within our reporting practice. We
support our customers in producing complex reports more efficiently using technology, including things like Annual Reports,
Statutory Reports, Fund Financial Statements, Sustainability Reporting, Fund Investor Reporting and more. Within our reporting
practice, we primarily work with a tool called Workiva, of which we have a longstanding global partnership with. While Alpha
Alternatives as a firm primarily supports alternative investment firms, our reporting practice supports customers across all

The Technical Accounting and SEC Reporting team is responsible for delivering timely and accurate financial reporting, accounting for complex accounting transactions across a variety of accounting topics in accordance with US GAAP, maintaining accounting policies in key accounting areas, all while partnering with teams across the company. As a member of the team, you'll play a vital role in designing and maintaining scalable procedures, policies and internal controls to ensure compliance with US GAAP and other laws/regulations. The Finance PMO & Enablement team is the connective tissue of MongoDB's CFO organisation — enabling teams across Finance to deliver strategic, scalable impact. We collaborate across FinOps (Accounting, FP&A, Data Analytics, Real Estate, Corporate/Venture Development, and Business Operations) to drive scalable processes, operational efficiency, and transformative outcomes.
