Telecommunications Procurement team, this role plays a key part in supporting strategic initiatives that are shaping the future of
our business. This is a replacement role within a collaborative, forward-thinking team. This role is based on a hybrid working

The Senior Manager is responsible for overseeing the complete and accurate reporting of the Group's assets under management (AUM) and net revenue. This role provides senior-level ownership of AUM and margin reporting — two of the most critical metrics for the Group — with accountability for ensuring the integrity, quality, and strategic relevance of outputs delivered to internal and external stakeholders. The individual will have responsibility for subsidiaries and is an excellent opportunity for a quick learner who is willing to challenge existing processes. The role is based in the London Financial Accounting team who have responsibility for maintaining the accurate accounting books and records for the Group’s UK based subsidiaries and a selection of overseas entities. This role involves liaising with the auditors and other teams within Finance and the organisation (locally and in our global offices), including Treasury, Tax, Group Reporting, Legal, Company Secretarial and Operations. You will play a central role in operating and continuously improving the data and research cost allocation model, building close working relationships with business management teams across Man Group's investment management functions to ensure data and research costs are understood, allocated appropriately and well governed.
