We’re seeking a detail-oriented and specialised COMMISSIONS ANALYST to join our UK Finance team and support the centralisation of
third-party commission processing and timely payment remittance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for verifying client
records for commissionable amounts due, efficiently processing commission payments through our internal systems and effectively
communicating the status of commission payments to both internal and external stakeholders via standardised reporting. This role
is crucial in managing cash flow and maintaining strong client and agent relationships. The COMMISSIONS ANALYST will report

Sales Representative (Base salary + commission - OTE £40-45,000) At Liberis, our mission is to empower small and medium-sized businesses by removing finance as a friction to growth, delivering contextual, embedded financial solutions to support merchants at every stage of their business lifecycle. The Role As a Sales Representative, you will manage your own pipeline and work with business owners to understand their funding needs, sell the Liberis solution and then assist them through the process to completed funding. Uniquely, our partnership model drives a high volume of qualified, inbound leads that our Sales team are experts in converting. In this role, you’ll engage directly with business owners to understand their funding needs, present the Liberis solution, and support them throughout the process to secure funding. Internally, you’ll collaborate closely with teams across Partnerships, Operations, and Risk to ensure an outstanding customer experience from start to finish. What you’ll be doing * Own and manage a pipeline of warm inbound leads, guiding customers from initial outreach through to funding, ensuring a smooth and supportive experience at every stage * Conduct discovery calls with business owners to understand their operations, funding goals, and ROI expectations — using this insight to tailor and position the Liberis solution effectively * Present, explain, and position funding offers in a clear, compelling way, highlighting key benefits and addressing potential objections or comparisons with alternative solutions * Communicate proactively and professionally across phone, email, SMS, and WhatsApp to build rapport, maintain momentum, and close deals efficiently * Collaborate with colleagues in Partnerships, Risk, and Operations to ensure a frictionless customer journey from qualification to funding * Consistently work toward individual and team sales targets, with clear KPIs tracking your performance across key funnel stages — from contact to conversion * Represent Liberis with professionalism and enthusiasm in all customer interactions What we think you’ll need We think you’ll do well in this role if you have: * Fluency in the English & Portuguese languages * A strong interest in starting or building a career in sales * Great communication skills and the confidence to speak with business owners * The ability to ask the right questions to understand customer needs * Strong organisational skills and attention to detail when managing multiple leads * A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn from feedback * Comfort using basic digital tools (experience with CRM software like Salesforce is a bonus, but not essential) (We don’t expect you to tick every box—your potential and mindset matter just as much!)
