Our GTM team is 40 people today and growing quickly. As our product evolves at pace and we enter increasingly complex enterprise
accounts, one of our biggest opportunities is helping every member of our GTM organisation ramp faster, stay current and
consistently perform at their best.
As our first GTM Enablement Program Manager, you'll build the operating system that makes that possible.
Working across Sales, Product and Marketing, you'll design the programmes, systems and workflows that help our GTM teams learn,
adopt new product capabilities and execute consistently. You'll transform fast-moving information into scalable onboarding,
enablement programmes, AI-powered workflows and playbooks that genuinely improve performance.
This is a rare opportunity to build a function from the ground up. You'll define how enablement works at Omnea—from onboarding and
learning programmes to AI tooling, documentation standards and measurement—creating systems that scale as the business grows.
We're looking for a structured, strategic operator who enjoys bringing clarity to complexity. You might come from consulting,
programme management, operations, strategy or a Chief of Staff-type role. Previous enablement experience isn't essential—we're
looking for someone who loves building systems that help great teams become even better.
Build the operating system for GTM excellence
Design how critical information is captured, organised and shared across the GTM organisation so it's always easy to find, trusted
and up to date. You'll own the underlying systems and structure—not just the content—creating leverage across the entire team.
Design, run and continuously improve enablement programmes

What You’ll Do We’re hiring a GTM Enablement Manager to own the end-to-end enablement programme across all four commercial teams: Sales, Account Management, Partnerships, and Marketing. This is a role for someone who designs how commercial teams learn, coach and perform - and who uses data, call insights and AI as core inputs, not afterthoughts. Own onboarding for commercial teams - You’ll own the onboarding programme for SDRs, AEs, Account Managers and Partnership Managers, with a focus on reducing time-to-first-deal. Embed MEDDICC across the business - You’ll own and embed the MEDDICC sales methodology across all commercial teams, including reinforcement, certification and deal-level coaching. Build a data-driven coaching architecture - You’ll design the coaching architecture using AI-generated call insights, transcript data and deal analytics to identify gaps and deliver targeted coaching interventions. Automate enablement delivery - Working with GTM Engineers, you’ll automate enablement delivery: micro-learning, in-flow nudges, coaching triggers and AI-assisted content recommendations. Manage commercial content - You’ll manage playbooks, battle cards, objection handling, competitive intelligence and the GTM Hub, ensuring alignment with Product Marketing and consistency across all commercial teams. THE ROLE Mission: Operationalize Legora's biggest launches and marketing programs — keeping product, marketing, and go-to-market moving as one, so the work ships on time and lands with impact. This role reports directly to the VP of Product Marketing. What you'll do Operationalize launches end to end. Own the operational backbone of major product launches: build the launch plan, track every workstream, and keep owners accountable to dates. You're the person who knows the status of everything and makes sure nothing slips through the cracks between teams. Drive marketing programs to completion. Manage the projects that keep the PMM engine running — campaigns, enablement pushes, content programs — from kickoff through delivery. Set the cadence, run the check-ins, and keep momentum when things get complex. Keep cross-functional teams aligned. Sit at the center of PM, Product Ops, Marketing, Sales Enablement, and GTM and drive tight collaboration across all four. Translate between functions, surface dependencies early, and turn a room of competing priorities into a single shared plan. Build the operating rhythm. You will translate the global AI narrative, product roadmap, and enablement infrastructure into regionally activated content, training, and field support — ensuring EMEA account executives, solution engineers, and customer success managers can lead substantive AI conversations that drive pipeline and expansion.
