As a Junior Motion Designer, you’ll be a key part of our motion team, working under the guidance of our senior designers and
directors to help bring global brand identities to life. You’ll be hands-on across a variety of projects, including social
content, digital activations, and brand films. This role is a perfect opportunity to hone your craft in 2D motion design and video
editing while collaborating with our multidisciplinary teams of strategists and creatives. You’ll assist in taking static brand
assets and transforming them into fluid, engaging motion, learning how to adapt your style to suit different industries and visual
languages. It’s a fast-paced, high-energy environment where you’ll be encouraged to experiment with new techniques, stay curious
about the latest motion trends, and contribute your own original ideas to help tell powerful brand stories.
You’ll have a growing portfolio that shows a genuine passion for animation principles and storytelling through movement. You’ll be
highly proficient in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Illustrator, with a sharp eye for timing, rhythm, and detail. You are
eager to learn, open to feedback, and comfortable working on multiple projects at once. Collaboration is at the heart of what we
do, so you’ll be a proactive communicator and a great team player who is ready to jump in and support the wider studio.

You’ll combine deep insights into human behavior and brand goals to shape customer journeys, inspire creative teams, and guide clients toward impactful real-world experiences. * Lead research into consumer behavior, spatial trends, and retail environments to uncover insights that drive design concepts. * Map out end-to-end customer journeys that seamlessly connect physical, digital, and sensory brand touchpoints. * Partner closely with 3D designers, creative leads, and architects to turn strategic ideas into buildable, engaging spaces. * Craft compelling stories and presentation decks that clearly explain the vision and win client buy-in. * Develop strategic briefs that inspire award-winning creative work and stand-out physical experiences. * Write clear experience frameworks, spatial briefs, and point-of-view pieces for pitches and new business opportunities. * Act as a trusted partner to clients, helping them see new possibilities for their physical stores and brand spaces. * Mentor junior strategists and designers, offering day-to-day guidance to help them grow their skills. * Manage direct reports through regular check-ins, honest feedback, and career development chats. * Keep projects on track strategically while keeping an eye on timelines, targets, and project scopes. * Use AI tools in a smart, creative way to speed up research, find inspiration, and sharpen insights. Job Purpose: BTIG EMEA is hiring a Junior Finance Analyst to support day-to-day finance operations in our London office. This is a hands-on, operational accounting role with broad exposure across accounts payable and receivable, bank and clearer reconciliations, month-end intercompany/transfer pricing activities, employee expenses, and related reporting and payments. The successful candidate will be highly accurate, controls-minded, and comfortable taking ownership of deliverables, working proactively with internal teams and external third parties to meet tight deadlines. Duties & Responsibilities: * Process and pay supplier invoices and payments on behalf of other BTIG entities * Manage supplier invoices end-to-end: validate, code, route for approval, and post in line with policy * Prepare and process supplier payments, ensure appropriate approvals are obtained and audit trails are maintained * Prepare and support Transaction Tax, reporting and payments * Support RCA/CSA payments and reconciliations, including maintaining supporting schedules and investigating breaks * Raise and process sales invoices * Ensure billing support is complete and accurate; monitor aged debtors and proactively chase third parties for payment * Perform bank reconciliations across multiple accounts; investigate and clear reconciling items promptly * Prepare and post journals * Complete balance sheet substantiation for relevant accounts (cash, AP/AR, intercompany, accruals, PPE) * Perform month-end intercompany reconciliations; investigate and resolve differences with counterpart finance teams * Maintain intercompany schedules and support timely sign-off of balances. * Process and reconcile corporate credit card transactions, ensuring correct coding, receipts and compliance with policy * Support finance ad-hoc requests as required Requirements & Qualifications: * Degree (or equivalent) in Accounting/Finance or relevant experience in a finance operations role * 0–1 years’ experience in a finance operational support role * Strong Excel skills (e.g., pivots; basic data reconciliation) * Experience with finance systems and workflow tools; NetSuite/Workday experience is a plus * High attention to detail, strong ownership, and comfort working to month-end and payment-cycle deadlines.
