We are not searching for product–market fit anymore. We are ready to dominate the market, and to do it across multiple medical specialties, transforming lives in the process.
We are looking for a Marketing Manager who treats marketing as a set of experiments to run, not a calendar to fill. You are a true generalist. You can write a landing page in the morning, ship a paid test by lunch, wire up an automation in the afternoon, and read the numbers the next day to decide what to kill and what to double down on.
You love brand and you love growth, and you do not think the two are in tension. You are as comfortable obsessing over a headline as you are over a conversion rate. You are AI-native: you use AI to do the work of a team several times your size, and you are always building the next system that lets you move faster.
This is a build-from-scratch role with real ownership. You will set the standards, build the playbooks, and have the freedom to try ideas that sound slightly mad on paper. Most will not work. The ones that do will change the trajectory of the business.
Growth and experimentation
Run a constant pipeline of growth experiments across paid, organic, referral, partnerships, and channels nobody has tried yet
Find unfair advantages: loops, referral mechanics, and acquisition angles that compound rather than cost more every month
Instrument everything, so every test produces a clear read and a clear decision
Move our growth from mostly inbound to a deliberate, repeatable engine
AI-native marketing
Use AI tools and agents to produce, test, and ship work at a pace a traditional team cannot match
Build repeatable marketing systems and workflows, so output scales without headcount scaling with it
Stay at the front of what AI makes newly possible in marketing, and bring those capabilities in before competitors do
Brand and storytelling
Help build a distinctive, trusted brand across 32Co, Aerox, and the platform behind them
Translate complex clinical and technical work into clear, sharp storytelling that lands with dentists, partners, and patients
Keep tone, style, and identity consistent across every touchpoint, even while moving fast
Content and demand
Create content that earns attention and drives pipeline: case studies, social, video, email, and editorial that people actually want to read
Own performance reporting end to end, and make data-led calls on where to invest
Work closely with product, sales, and design to align the story with the customer journey
A genuine generalist who is dangerous across brand, growth, content, and analytics, and happy to learn the next thing on the go
Hungry, curious, and fast. You ship, you measure, you iterate, and you do not wait for permission
AI-fluent. You already use AI daily to multiply what you can do, and you are excited by where it is heading
Full of aggressive, unconventional ideas, and comfortable being wrong on the way to the ones that work
Strong instincts for brand and storytelling, with the numbers to back up your decisions
Likely a startup person who thrives in ambiguity and wants to build, not maintain
Deep interest in healthcare, technology, and helping people at scale
Real impact, every day - your work directly changes patient outcomes. You'll feel it, and so will the people whose care you're improving.
25 days holiday + your birthday off - because no one should work on their birthday!
Outsized leverage and full ownership - real authority today, lasting impact tomorrow; what you build now shapes how this company operates at every stage after.
Grow fast - backed by top VCs and built by the best; you'll be learning from some of the sharpest minds in health-tech every single day.
Vitality Health cover - private medical insurance, because we take care of the people who take care of the business.
Team Perks - enjoy regular team lunches, quarterly socials, and an annual company retreat.
Hybrid working - we all come together three days a week, but the rest of the time, enjoy the flexibility to work from home or our Hoxton office.
Please note: This is a 12-month contract Location: London, UK (Hybrid position, in office 2 days per week) With millions of diners, 60,000+ restaurant partners and 25+ years of experience, OpenTable, part of Booking Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: BKNG), is an industry leader with a passion for helping restaurants thrive. Our world-class technology empowers restaurants to focus on what matters most – their team, their guests, and their bottom line – while enabling diners to discover and book the perfect restaurant for every occasion. Every employee at OpenTable has a tangible impact on what we do and how we do it. You’ll also be part of a global team and its portfolio of metasearch brands. Hospitality is all about taking care of others, and it defines our culture. The Position We're looking for a growth marketer who's restless, someone who runs projects at scale by obsessively removing the manual steps holding them back, and who reaches for AI the same way others reach for a spreadsheet. This is a systems-first marketing role. You'll own process optimisation and growth systems for the International Marketing team, identifying where work is manual, repetitive, or slow, and building the automations and AI-powered workflows to fix it. You'll work closely with engineering to scope and ship tooling that makes the whole team more effective. You'll also run a portfolio of growth campaigns, so you need to be both a builder and an executor. But your defining contribution will be making the team faster and smarter, not just delivering your own output. You'll be the connective tissue between channel owners, market owners, and engineering, the person who figures out how to do more with less. If you've ever built a workflow just because something was annoying you, that's exactly the mentality we're hiring for. What You’ll Do * Identify and map the international marketing team's growth workflows end-to-end; identify manual steps that are candidates for automation, AI-assisted tooling, or smarter process design. * Scope and build AI-powered marketing workflows in partnership with engineering: briefing tools, content generation pipelines, performance monitoring bots, and more. * Write clear specs that translate marketing requirements into engineering stories: you don't need to code, but you need to think in systems and communicate technical requirements clearly. * Prototype, test, and iterate on new tooling before handing it off or scaling it across the team. * Educate and enable the team on new tools and workflows: run training sessions, write documentation, build internal champions. * Own a portfolio of growth campaigns end-to-end across multiple international markets: brief, execute, measure, iterate, scale. * Identify new growth opportunities: new channels, audience segments, mechanics that go beyond the existing playbook. That includes upper-funnel channels like connected TV and out-of-home where the right moment calls for it, and knowing how to build the case and a plan for them. * Be the connective tissue between market owners, channel owners, and engineering; keep cross-functional work moving. What Makes You a Strong Fit * You've run growth projects end-to-end: identified an opportunity, built the business case, and driven it to an outcome, ideally across multiple markets or functions. * You think in systems: your first instinct when something is repetitive is to design a way to never do it manually again. * You've built something real with AI: an automated agent, a prompt system, or a custom integration that solved a real problem at work, not just experimented with chatbots. * You can work with engineers: you've collaborated with technical teams to build something, whether that's a data pipeline, an automated workflow, or a custom integration. * You can write a clear brief, a concise spec, and a stakeholder update, and know which one the situation calls for. * You have working knowledge across the growth marketing stack: paid, organic, CRM, content, and social. You don't need to be an expert in each, but you speak the language. * You understand how channels work across the full funnel, and can evaluate new media opportunities: when they're the right call, how to measure impact, and how to make the case internally. * You operate at scale: you know how to prioritise, delegate smartly, and use tools and systems to punch above your weight. * You're a fast learner who ships: you'd rather launch a good version and iterate than wait for perfect. * 6+ years in growth marketing, ideally in-house at a consumer tech brand or a fast-growing startup. * Native English fluency; additional language capability a plus. * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing or related fields. You’ll Thrive Here If * You love building systems, not just running them. * You find inefficiency genuinely irritating. * You default to “I’ll figure it out”. * You get energised by a blank brief. * You enjoy working with both brand marketers and technical teams. * You obsess over iteration speed. * You enjoy working across cultures and markets. * You love restaurants and dining culture. BENEFITS AND PERKS * Work from (almost) anywhere for up to 20 days per year * Focus on mental health and well-being: * Company-paid therapy sessions through SpringHealth * Company-paid subscription to Headspace * Annual company-wide week off a year - the whole team fully recharges (and returns without a pile-up of work!) * Paid parental leave * 5 weeks paid vacation * Time off for your birthday * Paid volunteer time * Focus on your career growth: * Development Dollars * Leadership development * Access to thousands of on-demand e-learnings * Travel Discounts * Employee Resource Groups * Private health & dental insurance * Income protection and life assurance * Employee Assistance Program - including 24/7 GP & free legal advice * Pension plan contributions * Discounted gym membership * Bike2Work * Season ticket loan * Social events & Thursday happy hours * Free lunch 2 days per week Work Environment & Flexibility At OpenTable, we pride ourselves on fostering a global and dynamic work environment. As a team member with us, you will benefit from a schedule tailored to accommodate a global workforce operating across multiple time zones. While the majority of your responsibilities may align with conventional business hours, there will be instances where you are expected to manage communications - via calls, Slack messages, or emails - outside of regular working hours to effectively collaborate with international colleagues, respond to restaurant partners, and/or address urgent matters. OpenTable will always abide by and consider local laws and regulations. Inclusion We’re committed to creating a workplace where everyone feels they belong and can thrive. We know the best ideas come when we bring different voices to the table, so we're building a team as dynamic as the diners and restaurants we serve—and fostering a culture where everyone feels welcome to be themselves. If you need any reasonable adjustments during the application/interview process, or on the job, we’re here to support you. Please reach out to your recruiter to request any accommodations. #LI-Hybrid #LI-BR1
