TL;DR - We're looking for a hands-on paid marketer to run search and social across Google, Meta, Microsoft, and emerging channels
such as ChatGPT ads. You'll build agents with Lovable that read performance, move budgets, catch issues, and make changes. This is
an IC role for someone senior who likes being in the detail and building the machine, not just operating it.
Why Lovable?

room to change how the digital world works. Lovable-built apps and sites get hundreds of millions of visits a month, and our
enterprise footprint is compounding. We're just getting started.

The company Small businesses move fast. Opportunities often don’t wait, and cash flow pressures can appear overnight. To keep going, and growing, SMEs need finance that’s as flexible and responsive as they are. That's why we built iwoca. Our smart technology, data science and five-star customer service ensures business owners can act with the speed, confidence and control they need, exactly when it's needed. We’ve already cleared the way for 100,000 businesses with more than £4 billion in funding. Our passionate team is driven to help even more SMEs succeed, through access to better finance and other services that make running a business easier. Our ultimate mission is to support one million SMEs in their defining moments, creating lasting impact for the communities and economies they drive. THE TEAM Our performance marketing team is three people located in London and Berlin building an in-house growth engine for the German market. You'll report to the Team Lead Performance Marketing and work day-to-day alongside colleagues owning Paid Search and Paid Social. Your focus: everything beyond those two channels, diversifying into areas where we're still early and the upside is real. You'll be a key contributor to our channel diversification. You'll also be supported by our Commercial Strategy team, who partner with you on test design, attribution, and performance measurement. How we work We're a cross-location team, so we're deliberate about staying connected: weekly performance syncs to challenge each other's thinking, monthly cross-channel jour fixes with the wider marketing team so nothing happens in a silo, and regular company-wide learning sessions where we share what worked and what didn't. Decision-making is low-bureaucracy, high-rigour. If you can make the case with numbers (in a Google Doc, on Slack, in a meeting) you have the green light to move. THE ROLE We're looking for a (mid-level) performance marketer who will own and scale a diverse channel mix for the German market. Reporting to the Team Lead Performance Marketing, you'll build new online channels from scratch such as Native Ads, Reddit Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, and manage direct placements with publishers relevant to our target audience. On top of that, you'll drive conversion rate optimisation on our paid landing pages, turning traffic into leads. This is a role for someone who thrives on building things that don't yet exist. You're analytical, structured, and hands-on – and you bring the commercial instinct to know which bets are worth scaling. What you can drive at iwoca: New Online Channels * Explore, test, and establish new paid channels such as Native Ads (e.g. Outbrain, Taboola), Reddit Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. * Set up each channel from scratch - KPIs, measurement infrastructure, budget - and own performance end-to-end * Experiment aggressively, measure honestly: we scale what proves itself and stop what doesn't. * Act as project lead for each new channel launch - coordinating across design, compliance, and copywriting from initial ideation through to long-term rollout and ongoing optimisation. Direct Placements * Build a direct placement network from scratch: Identify, pitch, and partner with publishers who reach German SME decision-makers * Own the commercial relationships end-to-end: negotiation, execution, and performance accountability Conversion Rate Optimisation * Own the conversion journey on our paid landing pages, run the experimentation roadmap that turns traffic into leads. * Test relentlessly: if a variant doesn't win, learn and move on - the roadmap is never short of ideas to try next * Use tools like Google Analytics, heatmapping tools, and A/B testing platforms to support and confirm your findings. * Work with design and copywriter to ship page iterations fast, informed by data rather than opinion. Processes and Optimization * Build lean, scalable processes to manage and optimise the channels you establish, so performance stays high without everything relying on manual effort. * Explore and integrate AI tools into your workflows to work faster and smarter, from ideation to execution. * Balance efficiency with rigour: we automate where it makes sense, but we never skip the critical thinking. You question outputs, validate results, and own the quality of what goes live. We expect team members to be in the office at least 25% of total working hours to keep collaboration strong. Decision-making is low-bureaucracy, high-rigour. If you can make the case with numbers (in a Google Doc, on Slack, in a meeting) you have the green light to move. THE REQUIREMENTS Essential: * Demonstrates curiosity to use and learn more about AI tools. You’ll already be comfortable using AI tools in practical ways to help solve problems, increase productivity and improve quality of work, showing good judgement about when to use them and the ability to explain the reasoning behind that use. * 3–5 years of hands-on performance marketing experience beyond Paid Search and Paid Social, with a track record of building and scaling at least one channel from an early stage (e.g. Native Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Reddit Ads, direct placements, programmatic, or affiliate). * Strong analytical skills – you're comfortable turning campaign data into clear decisions and recommendations. * Experience designing and running A/B tests, with a solid understanding of test design and statistical significance. * A builder mindset: you're energised by setting up channels and measurement frameworks where little or nothing exists yet. * Fluent in German (required – essential for the DE market, publisher relationships, and creative work). * Fluent in English (company working language). Bonus: * Experience in fintech, lending, or another regulated industry. * Familiarity with offline attribution modelling. * Experience working with or managing external media partners and publishers. THE SALARY We expect to pay from £45,000 – £65,000 for this role. But, we're open-minded, so definitely include your salary goals with your application. We routinely benchmark salaries against market rates and run quarterly performance and salary reviews. The culture At iwoca, the best idea wins. We model our culture on independent thinking, challenging untested logic, and evidence-based decisions. We prioritise learning and growth, and give people the autonomy to develop in the direction that makes them most effective. We're a tech company and believe in the power of AI to help us work faster and better. We provide the infrastructure where every iwocan always has access to the best models and where those models have access to all of our data. We will help our people to learn how to use and grow with the new tools available to them. The offices We put a lot of effort into making iwoca a great place to work: * Offices in London, Leeds, Berlin, and Frankfurt with plenty of drinks and snacks. * Events and community-led groups, including running groups, padel, and monthly ping-pong and pool competitions. Our vision Every B2C brand in the world is drowning in scattered tools, missed messages, and manual work. We're building the one system that runs it all — every conversation, every channel, every lead, powered by AI. Base360 is on a mission to become the operating system that B2C brands everywhere run their business on. We're early, we're moving fast, and we're looking for people who want to help build something huge from the ground up. About the role We're looking for Growth Marketers to help Base360 reach the B2C brands who need us — and turn attention into signups, leads, and customers. We're channel-agnostic about how you do it: you might go deep and own a single channel, or stay broad and run across several. Paid ads, SEO, outbound, content, lifecycle, funnels — wherever your instincts pull you, we want people who can find what works and make it grow. This is a hands-on, entrepreneurial role. You won't be one cog in a giant machine — you'll be trusted to experiment, learn fast, and build the growth engine as you go. What you'll do * Own a growth channel end to end — or run across several — setting the strategy, running the campaigns, and answering for the results. * Generate leads and drive signups — build and run the motions that fill the pipeline, from paid and SEO to outbound and referral. * Run experiments fast — test hooks, audiences, funnels, and offers; kill what doesn't work and scale what does. * Use AI everywhere it gives you an edge — for research, copy, targeting, automation, and speed. * Build funnels and landing pages that convert, and obsess over the numbers behind every step. * Work closely with the founder on positioning, messaging, and where to point the growth firepower next. * Track everything — you live in the data and can tell a clear story about what's working and why. Who you are * You're a fast learner above all — you may specialise in one growth channel or be a generalist across many, but either way you pick up new skills quickly and love figuring things out. * You're hungry to get great at growth — you don't need to be an expert yet, but you're determined to become one of the best. * You're AI-savvy and use modern tools to work faster and smarter than a traditional marketer. * You're scrappy and self-directed — you take a goal and figure out the how, without waiting to be told. * You're analytical — comfortable with data, attribution, and turning insight into action. * Bonus: any hands-on experience with paid, SEO, outbound, content, lifecycle, or marketing to B2C brands and startups. Why Join Base360.ai? * Be part of an innovative and fast-growing company building the AI operating system for B2C brands. * Opportunity to build a team and establish a long-term presence in one of Europe's most vibrant cities. * Competitive salary and performance-based incentives. * A chance to grow professionally in a hands-on, entrepreneurial role. You should NOT apply if: * You are looking for a corporate 9 to 5 job. * You are political and enjoy gossiping and talking about people behind their backs. * You are looking for a stable and slow dead-end job. * You do not aim to be one of the best in the world at what you do. #LI-Remote
