WHAT YOU’LL DO DRIVE PRODUCT STRATEGY & OUTCOMES * Evaluate pillar-level opportunities and challenges, contributing meaningfully to product strategy and roadmaps. * Translate research and data into clear problem definitions, recommendations, and success metrics. * Challenge assumptions constructively and advocate for customer-centred, evidence-based decisions. DELIVER HIGH-QUALITY DESIGN * Own end-to-end design across multiple areas, from discovery through delivery. * Plan and conduct user research, synthesising insights into actionable direction. * Create flows, maps, IA, and prototypes to communicate and test solutions. * Ensure design quality through collaboration, Design QA, and strong attention to detail. * Use and contribute to the Design System to ensure consistency and scalability.
