We are looking for a proactive and analytical Programmatic Account Manager to join the Commercial team. You'll assist in managing
day-to-day programmatic operations, supporting demand partner relationships, analysing PMP/PG campaigns performance, and help to
implement optimisations across our ad tech stack.

As an Account Manager, you'll own a portfolio of advertiser relationships post-sale and serve as their strategic partner across the full campaign lifecycle. You'll combine data-driven insights, platform expertise, and proactive communication to drive performance, grow investment, and turn first-time advertisers into long-term Discord partners. This person will report to the Director of Account Management. What You'll Be Doing * Own a portfolio of advertisers across cross-platform and mobile gaming, mobile, or gaming adjacent — managing relationships end-to-end from campaign kickoff through renewal * Analyze campaign performance data to surface insights, identify optimization opportunities, and build wrap reports that connect results to client business goals * Drive revenue growth through proactive mid-flight and post-campaign upsell motions, setting up your AE partner to close the next investment * Lead client-facing touchpoints, including kickoffs, check-ins, and business reviews — with the confidence to present data and earn the next buy * Manage the full campaign execution lifecycle: media plan builds in Ads Manager, asset submission, pre-launch QA, pacing, and escalation * Coordinate mobile measurement setup with MMP partners (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Singular) and serve as the technical point of contact for attribution * Maintain accurate Salesforce records — line items, media plans, call notes, and pipeline updates — in partnership with your AE What you should have * 4+ years of experience in digital advertising in an account management, client success, or campaign management role (platform or agency-side) * Strong analytical skills — you can calculate CPI, ROAS, CPM, and pacing variance accurately, and translate numbers into a clear client narrative * Demonstrated track record of growing accounts, not just retaining them — you can point to specific upsell or expansion wins * Experience with performance advertising, mobile gaming, or app install campaigns * Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred), ad platforms, and campaign reporting dashboards * Clear, confident communicator — you can run a QBR, write a wrap report that closes the next deal, and manage client expectations under pressure * Organized and process-driven; you build repeatable systems and flag issues before clients do * Experience working with advertising agencies or resellers — you understand how to manage indirect relationships, support agency partners through campaign execution, and navigate multi-stakeholder deals where the agency is the day-to-day contact * Background in programmatic account management or technical account management — familiarity with DSPs, PMPs, deal IDs, and/or auction dynamics, and comfort being the technical point of contact for programmatic buyers or partners The On Target Earnings (OTE) range for this full-time position is $180,000 to $202,000 + equity + benefits. REPORTS TO ACCOUNT DIRECTOR Purpose of the Role As an Amazon Ads Account Manager, you will manage a portfolio of retail media international clients while delivering high-quality campaign strategy and execution across Amazon Ads. You will act as the main day-to-day contact for selected clients, translating their commercial objectives into effective Sponsored Ads and Amazon DSP strategies. This is a hands-on role combining campaign management, client communication, performance analysis and commercial account development. You will also support the continued growth of our Retail Media business and our strategic partnership with Amazon. Required Skills & Experience * At least three years of experience in digital media, e-commerce advertising or retail media. * At least two years of hands-on experience managing Amazon Sponsored Ads campaigns. * Strong working knowledge of Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display. * Experience managing complex campaigns across multiple products, categories or international marketplaces. * Experience managing seven-figure annual media budgets, or portfolios with a comparable level of operational complexity. * Experience managing client relationships and campaign execution simultaneously. * Strong understanding of retail media and e-commerce performance metrics. * Ability to analyse campaign data and translate findings into practical recommendations. * Commercial mindset, with experience identifying account growth or upselling opportunities. * Strong presentation, communication and stakeholder-management skills. * Strong attention to detail and campaign-management discipline. * Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities and deadlines in parallel. * Experience mentoring, supervising or line-managing junior team members.
