Desirable experience * Salesforce Platform Developer II and JavaScript Developer I - given the LWC / Apex build depth; Service Cloud Consultant; Application or System Architect a plus. * Financial Services Cloud (FSC) exposure - preferred, not essential. * Salesforce DevOps / release experience (source control, CI/CD) to support as secondary deployer. * A recognised data-protection / privacy qualification (e.g. BCS Foundation Certificate in Data Protection, or IAPP CIPP/E). * Financial services / wealth and investment products (e.g. VCTs, ISAs, income or lending products). * Composable / “headerless” front-end patterns and design systems. * Working knowledge of Jira and a controlled change / delivery process. What Success Looks Like Within the first year: a modernised, benchmarked client journey in delivery; accurate, well-tested financial calculations and a smooth onboarding-to-servicing experience; measurable gains in usability and self-service; and a secure, compliant, well-controlled portal estate (GDPR / UK GDPR and FCA), with clear in-house ownership of the client experience and its data.
