An overview of this role This position is 100% remote and will be based in the UK, Ireland, Germany, the Netherlands. As a Senior Manager of Business Development, you will hire, onboard, and mentor Business Development Representatives (BDRs) in your region, ensuring their success at GitLab. You'll partner closely with the sales team, and ultimately drive pipeline and results. In this role, you will report to the Director, Business Development (EMEA).
