The Supply Platform & AI Enablement team sits within Trainline’s Core Experience pillar and plays a critical role in shaping how
supply is integrated, managed, and scaled across the Trainline platform. As rail liberalisation accelerates across Europe and new
operators continue to enter the market, the team is focused on building scalable, resilient, and future-ready platform
capabilities that enable Trainline to onboard and manage supply efficiently across rail and coach markets.
As the Senior Engineering Manager, you will lead multiple engineering teams responsible for evolving the architecture, tooling,
and operational capabilities that power Trainline’s supply ecosystem. This is a highly strategic leadership role focused on
platform modernisation, organisational scalability, and the adoption of AI-enabled and agentic workflows to improve engineering

THE ROLE: We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to join us for this next phase of growth; where we’ll be significantly evolving our core offering, expanding internationally and diversifying into new use cases. You'll own a product area with a clear outcome (rather than a prescriptive feature list), where you'll explore the problem space, synthesise evidence and inputs to identify the right opportunities, and work with the team to solve them at pace. IN THE ROLE YOU WILL: * Own a strategic area of growth. You'll start embedded in one of our core squads, working hand-in-hand with engineers and designers to critique bets, drive execution, and solve real customer problems. * Collaborate to deliver step-changes in value. Though established and growing, we have a huge opportunity in front of us, so we’re looking to deliver big step-changes rather than incremental improvements. This will need strong collaboration both within the product teams, and across functions. * Improve how we work as we scale. Work alongside the rest of our Product team, Design and Engineering to improve how we collaborate cross-functionally, refining our approach to discovery and delivery, and establish patterns that work for our stage of growth. YOU’LL HAVE: * 7+ years’ commercial experience in Product Management, with significant time in early-stage B2B SaaS environments. Ideally this includes experience navigating phases of international and/or portfolio expansion, and times where you’ve taken high-level, ambiguous opportunity spaces, shaped, and delivered at pace. * The ability to operate at different altitudes, shifting between strategic and tactical work as needed, while crafting compelling narratives that explain the "why" behind your bets. * A bias for action, prioritising momentum and experimentation over perfection, with the ability to cut through ambiguity and move initiatives forward while managing risk appropriately. * A results-driven mindset, focused on delivering measurable outcomes that align with strategic objectives, using qualitative and quantitative data to guide decisions and assess success. * Strong stakeholder management across technical and commercial teams - able to translate between different perspectives, facilitate alignment, and build trust through clear communication and follow-through. About the Role Taskrabbit connects busy people in need of help with trusted local Taskers who can lend a hand with everything from home repairs to errands, with the goal of being the number one home services platform in the countries we serve. A Tasker gets paid to do what they love, when and where they want, all while saving the day for someone in their city. The Tasker Operations team owns the Tasker experience end-to-end — from the targeted, locally-executed programs that drive quality, pricing, and utilization outcomes, to the funnel metrics and cross-business partnerships (e.g., Marketing, IKEA) that connect Tasker-side actions to company outcomes. We proactively help Taskers before they realize they need support, with global and local approaches that result in higher quality, more retentive, and more satisfied Taskers. This drives a better client experience and supports our overall managed marketplace strategy. This is a highly visible, operationally-focused role and the primary owner of Tasker supply-demand balance in your region. You will own Tasker operations across a broad, complex Book of Business, set the strategy for supply health and supply-oriented fulfillment, and own the recommendation set that clients see in order to ensure high quality fulfillment. We’re looking for someone who is as energized by a live Tasker workshop as they are by an insightful dashboard — you don't just analyze the Tasker experience, you actively seek out time with them. This is not a supervisory role. What You'll Do * Serve as the operational owner of Taskrabbit supply the UK, monitoring and reporting on performance and health metrics across your metros. Responsible for ensuring the quality of the recommendation set that clients see. Oversee supply lifecycles, programs, and communications to ensure a high-quality, continuous flow of Taskers and strong fulfillment. Ensure consistent and effective delivery of lifecycle programs and enablement content (e.g. workshops) that measurably improve funnel outcomes like fulfillment and quality. * Lead local community engagement (events, office hours, Tasker socials) and mentor peers on coaching techniques and community-building. * Partner with the Senior Supply Specialist to address supply gaps through targeted acquisition and onboarding. * Align your Taskers with broader Taskrabbit processes, standards, and tools, ensuring they understand and adhere to updated expectations as the platform evolves. * Serve as a product and process expert: influence roadmap priorities with Product, escalate and advocate for bug fixes, partner with Tasker Quality on reliability and compliance, and build automation or AI-powered tools to scale your own and the team's impact. * Build cross-functional relationships (Product, Analytics, Engineering, Customer Support, Partnerships, Marketing, Legal, Commercial Operations) to advocate for Taskers and drive outcomes, including consulting on partnership assessments and launches. * Take on strategic ownership beyond your core scope — leading regional or company-wide programs and acting as a force multiplier through special projects and knowledge-sharing with the global team. * Champion culture and values through leadership, and keep local operations aligned to evolving global standards and tools. * Travel up to 10% to attend team and metro-specific events. * Adapt to evolving business needs, taking on other duties as necessary. About You * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. The Role This is a senior leadership role sitting within one of Trainline’s most important product areas: Core Experience.
