⭐ Our Finance team
Our Finance team is growing and we are looking for a Senior Finance Business Partner to join the Commercial finance team. You will
work in a team that manages the P&L and Balance Sheet to deliver the financial plan, helps the business to make strategic
financial decisions, challenges to improve performance, and owns the end-to-end financials and financial controls for your
business area. The role covers all aspects of financial performance and planning.
The right candidate will enjoy supporting and challenging the business across new initiatives, love to build business cases,

You will play a central role in operating and continuously improving the data and research cost allocation model, building close working relationships with business management teams across Man Group's investment management functions to ensure data and research costs are understood, allocated appropriately and well governed. Specific responsibilities: * Own the end-to-end production of the annual data and research budget and deep-dive reforecasts throughout the year, working closely with the Data Science and Sourcing and Finance Business Partnering teams, managing the timeline autonomously with accountability for delivering a robust, well-reviewed and appropriately challenged final output. The Senior Manager is responsible for overseeing the complete and accurate reporting of the Group's assets under management (AUM) and net revenue. This role provides senior-level ownership of AUM and margin reporting — two of the most critical metrics for the Group — with accountability for ensuring the integrity, quality, and strategic relevance of outputs delivered to internal and external stakeholders.
