We're looking for a Technology Supplier & Contract Manager to join our Product & Technology organisation, reporting to the Project
Portfolio Management Director.
In this role, you'll be responsible for the operational management, governance and commercial oversight of our strategic
technology suppliers. You'll ensure our technology partners consistently deliver against contractual commitments, service levels
and business objectives while driving value throughout the supplier lifecycle.
Working closely with colleagues across Product & Technology, Procurement, Finance, Legal, Security and our supplier partners,
you'll strengthen supplier relationships, improve governance, manage risk and identify opportunities to optimise commercial

JOB PURPOSE This role is part of our Global Studios team. We create emotive yet conversion-focused ideas, products and campaigns at scale and speed. Our specialty is hyper-personalised, digital communications that change perceptions, shape new behaviours, and shift market share for our clients. * Commitment: Part-time, 2 days per week (15 hours), based in our Sydney office. * Hours: Thursday is a mandatory full day in the office (7.5 hours / 9am-5.30pm with an hour unpaid lunch break). The remaining day (7.5 hours) can be worked on Tuesday, Wednesday, or split across both days. WHAT YOU’LL DO: Front of House & Workplace Operations: * Client Experience: Greet visitors, manage meeting room bookings, and coordinate hospitality/catering. * Facilities & Space Management: Maintain the daily look and feel of the space (including tidying, managing bins, and restacking dishwashers). * Logistics & Supplies: Oversee mail, courier services, office procurement, and stationery inventory. * Vendor Relations: Act as the main point of contact for building management, cleaners, plant maintenance, and external suppliers. * Tech & Safety: Partner with IT site support to log equipment issues, and act as our trained First Aider and Fire Warden. THE OPPORTUNITY ACCOUNTS PAYABLE * Oversee the Accounts Payable process, ensuring invoices are processed accurately and suppliers are paid on time. * Approve supplier payment runs in line with internal approval policies. * Manage appropriate liquidity across the different entity bank accounts ahead of each payment run, coordinating with the FC and VP of Finance to ensure supplier payments, intercompany settlements, and other operational payment obligations can be made on time.. * Act as an escalation point for payment queries and build effective relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders. * Actively support the onboarding and adoption of ZIP, the company's new procure-to-pay automation platform, working with Procurement and Finance stakeholders on process design, testing, user adoption, and post-go-live optimisation to drive further efficiency improvements and embed the system across AP workflows. ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE * Oversee the Accounts Receivable process, ensuring customer billing is accurate, timely and appropriately documented. * Monitor aged debtors balances, support collections activity, and act as an escalation point for overdue accounts. * Identify opportunities to simplify billing, reconciliation, and intercompany settlement processes. * Reconcile intercompany accounts and support the regular settlement of open balances. MONTH-END/YEAR-END CLOSE PROCEDURES * Review and sign off month-end close activities across AP, AR and bank reconciliations, and related balance sheet accounts, working with the team to identify bottlenecks and improve the close quality and timelines. * Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations for AP and AR related accounts, investigate and resolve reconciling items in a timely manner. * Ensure financial records remain complete, accurate, and audit-ready.
