SENIOR PRODUCT MANAGER (ENTERPRISE SOFTWARE & ERP SYSTEMS)  Freeform builds AI-native manufacturing systems that unify software, hardware, and physics to produce industrial-scale parts at the speed of human ideation. Freeform is in a period of massive scale: factory throughput is increasing exponentially, customer demand is accelerating across every frontier technology vertical, and the complexity of our operations is growing with it. Our parts have unique lifecycle requirements, including digital traceability from raw material to finished product, end-to-end data integrity, and compliance workflows that no off-the-shelf system is equipped to handle. So we built our own.   This platform is the operating system of our factory floor today, and the backbone of a global factory network shipping millions of products to customers worldwide tomorrow. That means the architecture has to be right: flexible enough to move fast and add immediate value, but built to scale without limits as the business grows. The person in this role will be the product owner of that system, shaping its vision, driving its roadmap, and making the foundational decisions that define how Freeform operates at global scale.  This is a rare opportunity to get in on the ground floor and build something with an audacious vision in front of it. If you want to own a consequential software system, work alongside world-class engineers and operators, and leave a lasting mark on a company scaling world-changing technology, this is the role.  Responsibilities: * Formulate product strategy, vision, and roadmaps for our enterprise platform, ensuring we are on the quickest and best path to scale  * Work with business stakeholders across manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and operations to identify pain points, derive solutions, and prioritize the highest-ROI work  * Generate clear, business-grounded requirements documents and translate them into actionable development work for engineering teams  * Architect solutions with long-term scalability in mind, building systems that add immediate value today and grow without architectural constraint as the business expands globally  * Present solutions and obtain alignment from a diverse user community in a clear, concise manner  * Partner closely with software engineers, contributing directly to the codebase using modern AI and developer tooling alongside the engineering team  * Apply strong project management discipline to set and manage expectations, track delivery, and remove blockers  * Analyze feature adoption and business impact post-launch, making data-driven corrective actions to ensure initiatives meet success criteria  * Drive awareness, adoption, and organizational change management around platform capabilities  Basic Qualifications:   * Bachelor's degree  * 5+ years of experience as a software product manager  * Experience working with ERP, MES, PLM, MRP, WMS, QMS, supply chain, or financial systems  * Fluency with modern AI coding tools (e.g. Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot) and ability to contribute meaningfully to a codebase alongside software engineers  Nice to Have:   * Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or similar technical discipline  * Experience with manufacturing operations, supply chain workflows, or production environments  * Experience architecting data models  * Familiarity with backend web frameworks such as Flask or Django, and frontend frameworks such as React or Next.js, sufficient for informed technical conversations and writing clear requirements  * Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and iterating quickly, building the plane as we fly it  * Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority  * Proven track record of defining, documenting, and deploying process change alongside systems capabilities  * Strong communicator who collaborates across disciplines and proactively surfaces blockers and tradeoffs  Location: * Based in Hawthorne, our vertically integrated facility brings technology development, R&D, and production together under one roof. SENIOR SOFTWARE ENGINEER (GEOMETRY PROCESSING)  Freeform builds AI-native manufacturing systems that unify software, hardware, and physics to produce industrial-scale parts at the speed of human ideation. At Freeform, the geometry pipeline is not a preprocessor that hands off to a printer, but the intelligence that drives the entire machine. Our stack spans GPU-accelerated mesh processing, physics-informed simulation, real-time toolpath generation, and closed-loop geometric feedback during the print itself. NVIDIA invested in Freeform because of it.  In this role, you will own core systems at the intersection of 3D geometry and real-time GPU compute. If you have spent your career making geometry fast and correct, whether in game engines, real-time rendering, visual effects, or simulation, the underlying structure of the problems will feel familiar. What will not feel familiar is the stakes: your geometry runs on machines building real parts out of metal, at a factory-scale that’s never been done before. You will work across the full stack, from mathematical geometry representations to the GPU kernels that transform them, alongside engineers who bring the same depth of thinking to every problem.  We look for engineers who have gone deep on hard geometry problems and are ready to do that work where the output is physical.  Responsibilities: * Develop GPU-accelerated algorithms for mesh deformation, procedural geometry generation, parallel spatial queries, and volumetric space-filling operations  * Collaborate with simulation and hardware engineers to integrate physics-based and sensor models into the GPU compute pipeline * Partner with data scientists to integrate neural geometry processing and machine learning models for print quality prediction and in-process optimization * Design and develop the end-to-end print preparation pipeline, from CAD ingestion and mesh repair through GPU-parallelized slicing, adaptive toolpath generation, and hardware handoff, for a production-scale metal 3D printing system * Work with backend software engineers to architect the interface between the geometry processing stack and the metal 3D printing hardware layer * Build production automation solutions across the geometry processing pipeline, including automated defect detection and in-process geometry correction * Develop integrations with third-party CAD and CAM software APIs, with a focus on robust and maintainable interchange pipelines * Write production-quality C++ across the geometry stack: performant, well-tested, and built to last in a real manufacturing environment * Generate and maintain documentation of designed software and integrated systems Basic Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, applied mathematics, or similar AND 5+ years of software development experience, OR Master’s degree in aforementioned fields with 2+ years of experience, OR PhD in aforementioned fields  * Proficiency with C++  * Experience using GPUs for geometry processing  Preferred Skills and Experience: * MS or PhD in computer science, computational geometry, applied mathematics, or related field highly preferred * Familiarity with neural geometry processing or learned representations (e.g. neural fields, point cloud networks, diffusion-based mesh generation)  * Experience interfacing with CAD and CAM software APIs (understanding of CAD import)  * Experience working with Signed Distance Field (SDF) representations of geometry  * Experience with spatial data structures and GPU-friendly geometry representations (e.g. BVHs, octrees, tetrahedral meshes, volumetric grids) * Experience with cloud-based geometry processing or distributed compute workloads Location: * Based in Hawthorne, our vertically integrated facility brings technology development, R&D, and production together under one roof. As a Senior Mechanical Engineer (Site Infrastructure) at Freeform, you will have the unique opportunity to bridge the gap between site infrastructure and next-generation autonomous manufacturing. You will deep dive into the complex mechanical systems that power Skyfall, our proprietary printing platform, ranging from industrial fluid and cooling systems, high-pressure gases, and factory performance monitoring systems leveraging sensors and data acquisition. This work is critical to the ultimate goal of enabling Freeform to deploy and scale its hardware stack globally. You will work alongside an interdisciplinary team of engineers to create custom solutions that ensure Freeform’s physical infrastructure is as advanced as the software driving it. Responsibilities: * Design and implement custom infrastructure for our next-gen printing system, Skyfall, including state-of-the-art thermal management (chillers), industrial plumbing, and high-flow gas delivery * Develop and integrate factory performance monitoring systems, leveraging sensors and data acquisition (DAQ) to ensure real-time visibility into utility health, pressure levels, and flow rates * Oversee critical utilities, ensuring power, process water, and industrial gases like nitrogen and argon are supplied to the Skyfall fleet in strict accordance with safety codes * Define and implement preventive maintenance for facilities equipment (pumps, compressors, and HVAC) to optimize operational efficiency and minimize system downtime with a pragmatic eye for automation opportunities * Secure the availability of specialized fluid system components and high-pressure fittings to ensure that infrastructure build-outs and engineering projects always move at the pace of innovation  Basic Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or aerospace engineering or similar engineering discipline * 5+ years of facilities engineering, factory engineering, launch/ground systems engineering or similar experience * Strong first principles understanding of fluid mechanics, thermodynamics, and heat transfer * Hands-on ability to troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical and fluid systems Nice to Have: * Experience with Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) practices, specifically regarding high-pressure gas safety (NFPA 55) and metal powder handling * Proficiency in 3D CAD software (SolidWorks, NX, or similar) for designing facility layouts, piping routes, and custom mechanical mounts * Experience developing infrastructure for high-volume production or scaling automated manufacturing lines * Hands-on experience with industrial automation controls, PLCs, or building management systems (BMS) * Background in aerospace ground support or rocket engine test site operations involving cryogenic or high-pressure fluid systems * Experience with new facility buildouts, including managing external MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) contractors * Knowledge of ITAR, ISO 9001, and/or similar industrial compliance standards * Experience with metal additive manufacturing or similar powder-based industrial processes * Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present technical infrastructure plans to cross-functional teams Location: * Based in Hawthorne, our vertically integrated facility brings technology development, R&D, and production together under one roof.
