In the role as Tender SCM you work individually and will be responsible for SCM scope in the Tender Core Team, with a key role interacting with HVDC stakeholders in tender execution. You will be based in Ludvika where the rest of the team in Sweden is located. How you’ll make an impact You will be on the driving seat for any needs or issues related to supply chain, engaging other departments (engineering, documentation, finance, etc.) for your input. Perform cost calculation on the material, resources, and other costs related to SCM scope. Provide feedback to tender team related to time schedule, terms & conditions, payment milestones, customer requirements. Perform risk assessment from SCM perspective. Connect with SCM Category Managers and the suppliers, for at least but not limited to, request for Quotation (RFQ), negotiation, discussing special customer requirements. Be the SCM representative in the tender core team. Contribute to strategic work, lessons learned, and continuous improvement. Contribute to tender meetings as well as in review meetings. In collaboration with Category Management, keep updated on market developments in pricing and deliveries. Your background Preferably you have some years of relevant working experience, so you feel comfortable in taking decisions, questioning and take full responsibility for outcome of the work in your project by the SCM organization. You are a team player with strong communicative and collaborative skills, and you are comfortable with thinking outside of the box. We think that you are an energetic, endurant, responsible, and independent person with great structure skills. You are curious and open to changes, value integrity, get things done in a timely manner, and always drive for efficiency. You should be comfortable in expressing yourself, written and spoken, in English and preferable in Swedish. You will be part of the HVDC Project Core team for the projects you manage. In this role, you will coordinate across multiple global regions with engineers, controllers, project planners, logisticians, quality professionals, buyers, and suppliers to ensure that equipment is procured and delivered on time, within budget, and with the right quality. You will be responsible for ensuring that all key personnel within the project, global supply chain, the HVDC organization, and the client are aware of any risks to and opportunities within project supply chain Your background Degree in business, operations, engineering with preferably 5+ years relevant work experience. Demonstrated ability to manage the supply chain management needs of multi-million dollar projects. Strong organizational and planning skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities & proactively address business demands in a fast-paced environment. Ability to prioritize and allocate resources to align with department and company goals. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and the ability to create strong working relationships. Preferred: CPSM or PMP certifications, Lean Six Sigma, SAP Experience, Documentation Management Systems, Power BI and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Coordinator – Purchase Orders & Demand (Raw Material Procurement) Would you like to work in a central role where you can combine procurement, system expertise, and close collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders? We are now looking for a Coordinator to join our Raw Material Procurement team in Avesta. In this role, you will play an important part in ensuring that our raw material supply chain operates efficiently—from purchasing and delivery to follow-up and invoice management. You will work closely with Category Managers, suppliers, and various functions across the business, giving you a varied workday and a broad understanding of the overall operation. About the Role As a Coordinator, you will have a broad responsibility within the procurement and planning process. You will work operationally in SAP, monitor deliveries, and maintain ongoing communication with suppliers while contributing to the structure and quality of our processes. Your responsibilities will include: Creating and managing purchase orders in SAP and ensuring data accuracy. Communicating with suppliers and following up on deliveries and deviations. Reviewing incoming invoices and ensuring that prices and terms are correct. Handling claims and compensation processes when required. You will also play an important role in our continuous development efforts: Act as Key Super User in SAP, supporting the team and driving improvements. Participate in digitalization and process efficiency initiatives. Contribute to demand planning and monthly closing activities. Collaboration and Stakeholder Management This is a broad role with many points of contact, both internally and externally. You will work closely with colleagues within raw material procurement and collaborate daily with functions such as production, logistics, and finance. Externally, you will maintain ongoing contact with suppliers, customs agents, and transportation providers. Internally, you will work with Supply Chain Management (SCM), Quality, and Controlling teams. Who Are You?
