Do you want to work with verification of embedded systems where timing, safety and system behavior actually matter?
At Knowit Connectivity, we work with automotive systems in areas such as ADAS, electrification and connected vehicles. Our projects typically involve complex interactions between software, hardware and system requirements, where verification is critical to ensuring that the final product behaves correctly in real-world conditions.
We are now looking for Embedded Verification Engineers who wants to take an active role in shaping how systems are tested, validated and improved.
What you’ll work on
In this role, you work close to the system, not just the test cases.
Design and implement verification strategies for embedded systems with high quality and safety requirements
Develop automated test solutions and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines
Work across multiple test levels, from unit and integration to full system validation
Use HIL and SIL environments to validate system behavior under realistic conditions
Debug complex issues where software, hardware and system requirements intersect
Collaborate closely with developers, system engineers and hardware teams to ensure end-to-end functionality
In many of our projects, verification is not a final step but a core part of development, where your input influences both design and architecture.
What we’re looking for
You likely have several years of experience working with embedded systems and verification, and are comfortable working in technically complex environments.
Have experience with embedded software and testing, including C/C++
Are used to working with automation using Python, Bash or similar
Understand embedded operating systems such as Linux, QNX, Android or RTOS
Have worked with structured development processes, testing and quality requirements
Are comfortable analyzing problems across system boundaries, not just within a single component
Experience from automotive environments (e.g. ASPICE, ISO 26262), HIL/SIL testing, or automotive communication protocols is valuable, but not required in all areas.
Why Knowit Connectivity?
We focus on assignments where verification is technically challenging and where your work has real impact on system behavior and product quality.
Work with other experienced engineers within embedded and automotive systems
Get the opportunity to influence both test strategy and technical solutions
Join teams rather than working alone in assignments
Gain exposure to different domains while building deep technical competence
As part of Knowit, you also have access to a broader network of expertise, while keeping a close and collaborative team locally.
