Nu utökas teamet med två Fullstackutvecklare som vill kliva in i ett skede där bolaget skalar upp kraftigt. I den här rollen får du stort ägarskap, korta beslutsvägar och möjligheten att bygga funktioner som har en direkt och mätbar påverkan på kundernas affärsnytta. Om rollen Som utvecklare här blir du en central del i att forma produktens framtid. Miljön präglas av handlingskraft; man väntar inte på tillåtelse utan tar tag i det som driver produkten framåt. Du kommer att arbeta med komplex logik i backend kombinerat med ett modernt och responsivt gränssnitt i frontend. Vad du jobbar med End-to-end utveckling: Du tar ansvar för dina features från databasdesign till färdigt UI. Modulär arkitektur: Utveckling av nya funktioner och integrationer i ett system med höga krav på stabilitet. Domänbyggande: Du arbetar tätt med organisationen för att förstå komplexa verksamhetsprocesser och översätta dem till smart kod. Agil leverans: Prioritering och omprioritering i nära samarbete med teamet när marknadens behov förändras. Exempel på projektområden under första tiden: Utveckling av moduler för transaktions- och regelhantering. Integration av externa ramverk och regulatoriska kravställningar. Förfinande av interna kommunikationsflöden och entitetshantering. Optimering av avancerad rapportering och datavisualisering. Du är tekniskt skicklig, men förstår också att kodens främsta syfte är att skapa värde för användaren. Vi förväntar oss: Erfarenhet: Några års professionell erfarenhet av fullstack-utveckling. Du är självgående och trygg i din leverans. Initiativförmåga: Du är socialt säker och räds inte att ta kontakt med kollegor för att driva projekt i mål. Scale-up mindset: Du gillar att arbeta i en föränderlig miljö där du får vara med och sätta standarden. Hantverksskicklighet: Du bryr dig om kvalitet men vet när det är dags att leverera för att nå marknaden. Mindre bra match: Profiler som trivs bäst i mycket stora, trögrörliga organisationer med extremt nischade arbetsuppgifter. Utvecklare som föredrar att få färdigtuggade kravspecifikationer och tydlig detaljstyrning. Placering & Arbetssätt Teamet tror på kraften i att ses och samarbeta på plats. DESCRIPTION We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer to join our team in Malmö. This is a hybrid role, with the team working together from the office three (3) days per week, helping build the experiences that power our messaging network. You will work with a modern micro-frontend architecture built on React, TypeScript, and GraphQL. On the backend side, we use TypeScript & Node.js to build necessary functionality, and we host our platform on AWS using Kubernetes and Docker. In this role you will be responsible for: Build reliable systems - develop graphical user interfaces for portals, using React, TypeScript, and GraphQL. Build high-quality solutions that are maintainable over the long term. Operate in the cloud - deploy and maintain services in AWS, using Docker and Kubernetes. Participate in code reviews, lead technical discussions, and mentor peers to help continuously improve our engineering standards. Drive features from the initial whiteboard sketch through to deployment, monitoring, and iteration. REQUIREMENTS We are looking for an experienced developer who values building systems that scale. You should be comfortable navigating ambiguous problems, communicating clearly, and collaborating across teams. Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience, with a strong focus on full-stack web application development. Strong, hands-on experience with React, TypeScript, GraphQL, NodeJS. A pragmatic approach to architecture - You have strong experience designing REST and GraphQL APIs. You are comfortable operating in AWS cloud environment and have practical experience with Kubernetes and Docker. You are familiar with database design and have worked with both relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
