A Project Manager consultant plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and thirdparty contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan. The Project Manager will also define the project’s objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle. The main responsibilities for the consultant are:
lead the project organisation based on project deliverables, and define roles, responsibilities and objectives;
develop, communicate and manage project scope, objectives and deliverables based on pre-defined stakeholders’ requirements;
define, execute, manage and communicate a deliverable project plan;
define, communicate and manage the project budget;
define, plan and manage quality activities to meet project requirements through employing necessary processes, methods and tools;
develop and implement a risk management plan.
Shipping Process Improvement & OTM Transition: Support the transition of the site shipping process into a scalable, multi‑user model and help prepare the migration into Oracle OTM.
Define lane-specific SLAs (Express, Parcel, Pallet, Export) to ensure internal customers know exactly what transit and processing times to expect for each shipping mode.
Implement PackMat Priority Lane (2–4h SLA) to guarantee fast, dependable processing of urgent material requests.
Migrate process to OTM to support controlled, multi-user execution with standardized workflows and greater operational visibility.
Fix foundational data quality - shipment timestamps and alias-to-org mapping.
Updated, reviewed guidelines and training materials to ensure all end users operate consistently and understand the new processes, systems, and SLAs.
Enable predictable, transparent shipping operations across ISC.
Help structure and cleanse data (aliases, timestamps) needed for OTM readiness
Partner with ICS and IT to prepare the OTM process handover materials
Assist in creating communication, training, and site adoption
Curiosity and strong interest in logistics / supply chain
Ability to structure information clearly and work with different functions
Comfort handling basic data (Excel/Power BI) for mapping and insights
Good communication skills and proactive follow‑up
Openness to learning new tools (OTM, workflow tools, templates)
