Vad du kommer att göra
I rollen som Senior Configuration Manager hos vår kund ansvarar du för att etablera, utveckla och förvalta arbetssätt och processer för konfigurationsstyrning i komplexa IT- och systemmiljöer.
Ansvara för konfigurationsstyrning i tekniskt avancerade och distribuerade system
Säkerställa spårbarhet, versionshantering och kontroll över systemkomponenter
Utveckla och förbättra processer, rutiner och arbetssätt inom configuration management
Stötta tekniska team i frågor kopplade till förändringshantering och releaseprocesser
Säkerställa efterlevnad av interna krav, standarder och säkerhetskrav
Arbeta nära systemingenjörer, utvecklingsteam och arkitekter i tekniska miljöer
Placering är i Lund. Resor inom Sverige och internationellt kan förekomma.
Vi ser gärna att du
Har erfarenhet av configuration management i komplexa IT- eller systemmiljöer
Har arbetat med förändringshantering, releasehantering eller versionskontroll på systemnivå
Har god förståelse för IT-infrastruktur, systemarkitektur eller tekniska plattformar
Har erfarenhet av verktyg och arbetssätt kopplade till konfigurationsstyrning
Kommunicerar obehindrat på svenska och engelska, i tal och skrift
Erfarenhet från försvars-, industri- eller säkerhetskritiska miljöer
Kunskap inom DevOps, CI/CD eller automatiserade leveransflöden
Erfarenhet av ITIL eller liknande ramverk
Erfarenhet av verktyg som Git eller andra CM-lösningar
Tjänsten är säkerhetsklassad och omfattas av säkerhetsprövning enligt säkerhetsskyddslagen. För att vara aktuell för rollen krävs godkänd säkerhetsprövning. Rollen ställer även krav på svenskt medborgarskap.

Your role As a Senior Software Configuration Manager at Saab Naval, you will play a key role in ensuring the integrity, traceability, and quality of software across our submarine and surface ship projects. You will work in long-term, complex development programs where software is developed both in-house and by external suppliers, and integrated into advanced, distributed systems. In close collaboration with system engineers, software developers, IT architects, and project stakeholders, you will establish and maintain robust configuration management practices throughout the full product lifecycle.
