Who is your future team? You'll join the Device Management Test team within R&D QA, working in our Developer Experience team, a highly skilled, AI-first group at the forefront of how Axis builds with AI for the future. What you'll do here as QA Engineer Yes, you'll troubleshoot bugs, set up labs, and build automation together with your team. But the bigger part of this role is stepping back and making sure quality is everyone's responsibility, not just yours. You set up the structures and processes that make it easy for the whole team to contribute. And you'll explore how AI can make our testing smarter, not just faster. Testing and development: Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks together with the team Perform user-centered testing based on use cases, with a focus on usability, security, and the customer perspective Test early in the development cycle alongside developers, including troubleshooting, debugging, and root-cause analysis Build and maintain, with the help of the team, the monitoring, analysis, and tooling needed for our production systems, and act on findings to improve quality Strategic quality and team enablement: Drive the test strategy, scope, approach, and priorities, leveraging AI where it adds the most value Ensure an end-to-end perspective, so that integrations and cross-team flows are thoroughly covered Identify where test automation and manual testing - including AI-powered approaches - creates the greatest value, and drive its adoption Set up shared test processes, guidelines, and standards that enable the whole team to contribute to quality - and proactively identify risks, gaps, and metrics to keep stakeholders informed Who are you?
