DEINE AUFGABEN You work directly with our CPO on whatever moves the company most — right now that means fundraising operations and US market entry; next semester it might be a strategic partnership, competitive research, or building an internal process from zero. What that means: This is not a typical working-student job. You will own real workstreams end-to-end, see investor and enterprise-customer material from the inside, and learn how a company at this stage is actually built — compressed into the hours next to your degree. Strong performance here converts naturally into a full-time role after graduation. * Fundraising and investor operations. Support the operational side of our fundraising: investor CRM upkeep, data room maintenance, meeting preparation, follow-ups, and research on funds and partners. * US expansion support. Research on target accounts and partners, preparation of enterprise meetings, and follow-through on the opportunities the founders open. * Strategic projects. Own scoped cross-functional projects — competitive analysis, pricing research, internal tooling, process building. Scope fits your hours; ownership doesn’t shrink. * CPO leverage. Prepare decisions, structure information, draft communication, and remove operational friction. What success looks like: * 3 months: The CPO hands you a scoped topic and stops worrying about it. * 12 months: You own recurring workstreams outright, have shipped at least one project with visible company-level impact — and we’re discussing your full-time offer. YOUR ROLE As Post Merger Integration & Expansion Senior Associate (m/f/d), you will drive two of Voyfai's most important growth motions: launching new Voyfai entities across Europe and running post-merger integration workstreams for the companies we acquire. Unlike traditional market entry roles focused on customer acquisition, Voyfai partners with experienced local freight forwarding entrepreneurs who bring strong commercial networks. Your job is to build the operational foundation that lets them succeed. You will work closely with our PMI and Expansion Senior Manager, who sets the strategy and playbook, and with central teams across product, engineering, finance and operations. Success in six months looks like launches and integration workstreams delivered on time, stakeholders well managed, and a playbook that is measurably better because of you. WHAT YOU WILL DO * Run the launch of new Voyfai entities end-to-end against an established playbook (legal setup, banking, insurance, employment contracts and operational processes) together with the local freight forwarding entrepreneur * Own defined integration workstreams for newly acquired companies, such as driving adoption of Voyfai's tools and ways of working across their teams * Roll out Voyfai's Transportation Management System (TMS) and AI-enabled tools, ensuring local teams are fully operational within the Voyfai ecosystem * Coordinate multiple stakeholders across legal, finance, product and operations, keeping workstreams on track and flagging blockers early * Train and support local teams on Voyfai's systems, workflows and operational standards, applying change management where needed * Iterate and improve the launch and integration playbook based on what you learn on the ground * Travel to entity locations (typically 8–12 days per month) WHAT YOU BRING * 5+ years of professional experience in project management, operations, or similar roles driving complex cross-functional projects * Exposure to integration, expansion or transformation projects * Excellent project management skills: you keep complex, multi-stakeholder workstreams moving and hold others accountable to timelines * Excellent stakeholder management and communication: you manage up effectively and keep leadership informed on progress, risks and blockers without being asked * Comfort with ambiguity and change: you handle pushback constructively and build trust with teams going through transition * A curious, collaborative generalist: quick to learn new domains (including freight forwarding) and happiest winning as part of a small, high-trust team * Fluency in English and willingness to be based in Berlin BONUS IF YOU HAVE * A background in management or strategy consulting * Experience in logistics, freight forwarding or supply chain * Experience with change management or driving tech adoption * Experience in high-growth startups, scale-ups or PE-backed roll-ups * Additional European languages WHAT WE OFFER * Competitive salary and equity options * A dynamic, fast-paced work environment with a mission-driven team * Flexible working arrangements (Hybrid) * 30 days of PTO * Regular team events and offsites * Monthly mobility budget via Navit
