DAS IST ZU TUN In dieser anspruchsvollen Funktion übernehmen Sie die eigenverantwortliche Steuerung des gesamten Lebenszyklus der funktionalen Sicherheit gemäß den ISO 26262-Standards. Das Spektrum reicht von der Definition von „Items“ und der Durchführung von HARAs bis hin zur Ausarbeitung von Systemsicherheitskonzepten. Ihr primäres Ziel besteht darin, die erfolgreiche Umsetzung sämtlicher Sicherheitsziele in unseren Fahrzeug- und Komponentenprojekten zuverlässig zu gewährleisten. * Konzeptionierung und Implementierung von funktionalen Systemsicherheitskonzepten sowie technischen Sicherheitsanforderungen. * Definition von Automotive-"Items" sowie Durchführung der entsprechenden Gefährdungsanalysen und Risikobewertungen (HARA). * Strukturierte Planung, Leitung und Durchführung von Aktivitäten zur funktionalen Sicherheit im Rahmen von Fahrzeug- oder Komponentenprojekten gemäß ISO 26262. * Eigenständige Durchführung und Steuerung von komplexen Sicherheitsanalysen (unter anderem FMEAs, FMEDAs und FTAs). * Erstellung standardisierter Vorlagen für Arbeitsergebnisse (Work Products) der funktionalen Sicherheit (FuSa) sowie strategische Unterstützung bei der Definition und Implementierung robuster interner FuSa-Prozesse. * Fachliche Beratung, Schulung und Anleitung der Projektteams bezüglich der Methoden der funktionalen Sicherheit in der Rolle des Subject Matter Experts. * Durchführung umfassender und qualifizierter Reviews sowie Assessments im Bereich der funktionalen Sicherheit. * Effiziente Koordination von Lieferanten, Dienstleistungspartnern und internen Stakeholdern zur zielgerichteten Erreichung der Projektmeilensteine innerhalb des definierten Zeit- und Budgetrahmens. CORE COMPETENCIES * Tiefgreifendes Verständnis und fundierte Praxiserfahrung bei der Implementierung der ISO 26262 über den gesamten Produktlebenszyklus hinweg. * Sichere Beherrschung der Gefährdungsidentifikation, Risikobewertung sowie quantitativer und qualitativer Sicherheitsanalysen (HARA, FMEA, FMEDA und FTA). * Definition von Automotive-„Items“ sowie die Ableitung von Sicherheitszielen in konkrete funktionale und technische Sicherheitskonzepte. * Herausragende Anwenderkenntnisse in relevanten Engineering- und Simulationstools wie MATLAB/Simulink, ALM-Systemen, Vector CAN-Tools sowie APIS. * Analytische Kompetenz zur Untersuchung komplexer Systemverhalten, Fehlerdiagnose und Erarbeitung strukturierter, technisch fundierter Lösungsansätze. * Zielorientierte Steuerung und Leitung von Aktivitäten zur funktionalen Sicherheit zur fristgerechten Erstellung aller Work Products innerhalb des Budgetrahmens. DAS BRINGST DU MIT * Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium (Bachelor oder Master) im Bereich der Elektrotechnik, der Systemtechnik (Systems Engineering) oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung. * Eine mindestens fünfjährige, einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Industrie oder im Rahmen von anspruchsvollen, praxisorientierten Universitätsprojekten. * Nachweisbare Erfolge innerhalb der Automobilindustrie, vorzugsweise im Segment der E-Mobilitätssysteme. * Fundierte Expertenkenntnisse im Umgang mit Vector CAN-Tools, ALM-Systemen sowie den MS-Office-Anwendungen. * Erweiterte Kenntnisse in APIS oder einer adäquaten FMEA-Software. * Erfahrungen mit MATLAB/Simulink sind von Vorteil, jedoch nicht zwingend erforderlich. * Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift. DEIN PROFIL * Engineering degree, ideally in aerospace or electrical engineering. * 5+ years of professional experience as a systems engineer in Battery System development in the aviation or drone industry. * Strong knowledge of the standard specifications and performance standards for the Battery Systems in airborne applications such as ASTM F3005, RTCA DO-311. * Good knowledge of the electrical, mechanical, cell technology and software aspects of the Battery design. * Ideally, you are experienced in technical leadership of development projects. * Experienced with drone systems and UAVCAN/DroneCAN. * Competent in systems engineering according to ARP4754A or equivalent. * Proficiency in development assurance and qualification standards such as RTCA DO-160, DO-254, DO-178 is a plus. Mission Brief  You will be an integral part of the Avionics department, specifically the Avionics Power Systems team, responsible for the on-board energy storage systems and power distribution of the vehicle.   You will take ownership of the power system for the next vehicle iteration. You will own the lifecycle of it, manage associated interfaces and ensure delivery on time, budget and scope.
