TUS TAREAS En Flabelus buscamos un/a Supply Chain & Operations Associate para liderar la operativa logística de un área territorial, garantizando la omnicanalidad entre los canales Retail, Wholesale y Online. Será responsable de asegurar que toda la cadena logística funcione de forma eficiente, escalable y orientada al dato, gestionando la operativa diaria, analizando el rendimiento mediante KPIs y liderando proyectos de mejora continua y automatización. No buscamos únicamente a alguien que gestione procesos; buscamos a alguien que disfrute cuestionándolos, rediseñándolos y construyendo una operación cada vez más inteligente. Una persona capaz de convertir datos en decisiones y de construir procesos que permitan a Flabelus seguir creciendo de forma sostenible. Responsabilidades principales: 1. Gestión integral de Supply Chain - Gestionar de forma integral la operativa logística de un área territorial, garantizando la coordinación entre Retail, Wholesale y Online. - Coordinar los envíos nacionales e internacionales, asegurando el cumplimiento de los plazos, la calidad del servicio y la optimización de costes. - Gestionar toda la documentación necesaria para operaciones internacionales (aduanas, facturas comerciales, packing lists, certificados de origen, etc.). - Supervisar el correcto funcionamiento de los almacenes asignados y garantizar una gestión eficiente del stock. 2. Planificación y capacidad operativa - Participar junto a Producción, Compras, Retail y Wholesale en la planificación logística de las colecciones. - Analizar la capacidad operativa de almacenes, transporte y proveedores para anticipar necesidades y evitar cuellos de botella. - Asegurar que la cadena logística es capaz de absorber el crecimiento del negocio manteniendo los niveles de servicio. 3. Gestión de stock - Supervisar los niveles de stock de los distintos almacenes. - Analizar indicadores como rotación, exactitud de inventario, roturas de stock, mermas y cobertura. - Proponer acciones que optimicen la disponibilidad de producto en todos los canales. 4. Data Analytics y Business Intelligence - Definir, construir y mantener dashboards de seguimiento mediante Power BI y otras herramientas de Business Intelligence. - Diseñar y monitorizar los KPIs clave de Supply Chain. - Detectar tendencias, anomalías y oportunidades de mejora mediante el análisis de datos. - Elaborar planes de acción cuando los indicadores se desvíen de los objetivos establecidos. 5. Automatización y mejora continua - Identificar tareas repetitivas susceptibles de automatización. - Diseñar e implementar nuevas herramientas y procesos que eliminen trabajo manual y aumenten la eficiencia. - Liderar proyectos de mejora continua orientados a simplificar procesos y aumentar la escalabilidad de la operación. - Documentar procesos y actualizar los procedimientos operativos para garantizar una ejecución homogénea. 6. Gestión de proveedores logísticos - Evaluar el rendimiento de operadores logísticos y almacenes mediante KPIs de servicio. - Impulsar planes de mejora junto a los partners logísticos. - Colaborar en la optimización de costes sin comprometer la calidad del servicio. 7. Coordinación transversal - Trabajar de forma constante con los equipos de Producción, Retail, Wholesale, E-commerce, Customer Service, IT y Finanzas para asegurar una visión global de toda la cadena de suministro. - Actuar como punto de conexión entre departamentos para garantizar que los procesos funcionan de forma coordinada. 8. Calidad y resolución de incidencias - Analizar las incidencias operativas de forma estructurada. - Identificar la causa raíz de los problemas e implantar soluciones permanentes. - No limitarse a reportar incidencias, sino liderar su resolución. TU PERFIL - Ingeniería Industrial, Organización Industrial, Ingeniería de Telecomunicaciones, Ingeniería Matemática, Data Analytics o similar. - Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en Supply Chain, Logística u Operaciones. - Nivel avanzado de Excel y Power BI. - Experiencia construyendo dashboards y analizando grandes volúmenes de datos. - Conocimientos de automatización y programación básica (Power Automate, SQL, Python o herramientas similares). - Experiencia trabajando con ERPs (Business Central, SAP, NetSuite o similares). - Inglés alto. Será muy valorable: - Experiencia en entornos omnicanal (Retail + Wholesale + E-commerce). - Conocimientos de Lean, Six Sigma o metodologías de mejora continua. - Experiencia gestionando operadores logísticos internacionales. - Experiencia en empresas de moda, retail o consumo. - Sensibilidad por el producto y comprensión del calendario de colecciones, entendiendo cómo la logística impacta directamente en el éxito comercial de una marca de moda.
