Join us in our mission to transform the way people shop and eat, where impact, innovation, and growth drive everything we do. Our
Commercial team sits at the centre of Deliveroo’s marketplace—shaping how we serve restaurants, grocers, and new verticals
worldwide. From negotiating key partnerships to unlocking new revenue streams and crafting data-led growth strategies, we take on
big challenges that move the business forward. If you thrive in fast-paced, commercial environments and want to influence the
future of a global brand—this is the team for you.
As we accelerate toward our 2027 ambition, Global Accounts are central to our future success. We are building a team that sets the
standard for strategic partnership management — combining senior commercial leadership, rigorous execution, and organisational
depth.
As Head of Global Accounts, you will lead a high-performing team responsible for the commercial relationship with France's most
strategic restaurant brands. Your team currently consists of 7 people: Key Account Managers who own brand HQ relationships, and a
Client Partner (mid-manager) who manages a team of Key Account Associates covering franchisees across the territory. You report to
the Director of Enterprise & Key Accounts, France, and are based in Paris (this is a hybrid role).
You are the senior commercial owner for your portfolio — accountable for revenue growth, partner satisfaction, and team
excellence. Beyond day-to-day account management, you will play a central role in aligning the organisation to strategic
priorities: from contract structuring and joint business planning, to supporting Deliveroo's city expansion strategy by securing
anchor restaurant partners in new and relaunching markets.
This is a senior leadership role with direct impact on revenue, partner satisfaction, and team development.

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT. Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t. Alan exists to end the wait. Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way. So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience. We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR. Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 800+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond. THE LEGAL TEAM AT ALAN You will join Alan's Corporate Unit, where teammates from diverse backgrounds combine their skills to overcome complex challenges and shape Alan's future growth. As a senior insurance legal expert, you will raise the bar for how Alan thinks about regulatory risk, setting standards and building others' legal instincts. You will collaborate closely with Alan's insurance legal counsels, and with our Business, Product, and Care teams. At Alan, roles evolve: you will have real opportunities to expand your scope across new verticals, markets, and regulated product bets. YOUR MISSIONS Regulatory strategy and compliance * Define Alan's angle on key regulatory requirements, turning complex constraints into business advantages with full autonomy and a sharp awareness of the competitive landscape. * Own Alan's insurance compliance posture: translate regulatory obligations into operational tools and processes, lead responses to inspections, and report on compliance risks to Alan's board and committees. * Develop strategies to influence regulatory evolutions, maintaining productive relationships with insurance regulators in close collaboration with public affairs teammates. Business and commercial impact * Act as Alan's legal voice in strategic business conversations: engage directly with key prospects and clients, own the legal response to major RFPs, and lead complex negotiations. * Define offer strategies for large accounts, leveraging your regulatory expertise and sharp negotiation skills to unlock deals. Product excellence and member protection * Identify the best ways to meet regulatory requirements within our products while improving the member experience (pricing, options design, UX, complaints management). * Protect Alan's competitive positioning on key regulatory topics. International scope and legal autonomy * Oversee insurance compliance across Alan's markets, building foundational frameworks and distributed ownership structures to ensure robust compliance globally. * Lead the legal and regulatory dimensions of new international expansion (regulatory licensing, compliance plan design, strategic partnership negotiations, product building). * Build internal legal frameworks, templates, and decision-making guidelines that reduce reliance on external counsel. Define and implement an automation roadmap within your scope. PROFILE WE ARE LOOKING FOR Experience * At least 10 years of insurance law and/or social protection law experience at a top insurance law firm or an international insurance company. * Fluency in French and professional English (written and spoken). * In-depth commercial experience, including negotiating or litigating complex health and disability insurance deals. * Broad familiarity with insurance regulatory frameworks: ACPR guidelines, insurance distribution rules, and applicable health and disability insurance regulations. * Bonus: experience on international markets and drafting in English; experience at a regulatory authority. Qualities we are looking for to join our team * Strategic autonomy: You operate independently, set risk appetite, and make judgment calls on legal exposure with clarity and foresight. * Business mindset: You quickly identify what creates real value, and you are comfortable representing Alan's strong positions with key clients and regulators. * Rigor and pragmatism: Attention to detail and a drive for excellence, combined with a simplification instinct. * Appetite to grow others: You help teammates build stronger legal instincts and enable the broader organization to make fast, informed decisions. * Innovative problem-solving: Challenger mindset, willingness to define new practices and take considered risks. * Intellectual curiosity: Eagerness to become an expert in unfamiliar areas. * Bonus: Interest in leveraging technology and AI to streamline legal operations. For this opportunity, we are aiming to hire within the E-F level ranges. 🌍 HOW WE WORK Location: You must be legally eligible to work from France. Remote work: We offer remote work flexibility, but we value in-person collaboration 🎯 IMPORTANT NOTE: WE HIRE PEOPLE, NOT ROLES. If you're excited about this opportunity but don't check every box, we'd love to hear from you. Everyone, no matter how underrepresented, should feel free to apply, as it can only bring learnings or success. If you identify yourself as a woman: Did you know that research shows women often apply only when meeting 100% of requirements? Remember, this is just a guide, not a checklist.
