Som senior beräkningsingenjör inom strukturanalys kommer du att arbeta i tekniskt komplexa projekt där fokus ligger på analys, simulering och verifiering av strukturer och mekaniska system. Uppdragen varierar beroende på din erfarenhet, specialistkompetens och ambition, men omfattar bland annat hållfasthetsberäkningar, FEM-analyser, modelluppbyggnad, utvärdering av resultat samt tekniska rekommendationer till konstruktions- och utvecklingsteam.
Du kommer att arbeta i uppdrag där höga krav ställs på kvalitet, noggrannhet och teknisk förståelse. För rätt person finns möjlighet att ta ett större tekniskt ansvar, arbeta i mer verksamhetskritiska projekt och påverka både upplägg och inriktning över tid. Vi söker dig som uppskattar teknik på riktigt och som hellre vill lägga tid på kvalificerat ingenjörsarbete än intern administration och onödigt fluff.
Din bakgrund
Vi söker dig som har en akademisk utbildning inom maskinteknik, farkostteknik, teknisk fysik eller motsvarande, och som har minst 5 års erfarenhet av strukturanalys och FEM-baserat beräkningsarbete. Du är van att arbeta självständigt, förstår analysens roll i utvecklingskedjan och kan omsätta teori till praktiskt värde i komplexa projektmiljöer.
Du har sannolikt arbetat med strukturell hållfasthet, dynamik, vibrationer, utmattning eller liknande frågeställningar och känner dig trygg i att bygga upp, genomföra och tolka analyser. Du trivs i tekniska miljöer där kompetens värderas högt och där du får bidra med både specialistkunskap och omdöme.
Civilingenjörs- eller högskoleingenjörsutbildning inom relevant tekniskt område
Minst 5 års erfarenhet av strukturanalys och FEM
God förståelse för hållfasthetslära och mekanik
Erfarenhet av att arbeta i tekniskt avancerade utvecklingsprojekt
Förmåga att arbeta självständigt och ta tekniskt ansvar
God kommunikativ förmåga
Behärskar professionell svenska och/eller engelska i tal och skrift
Erfarenhet från försvarsindustri, fordonsindustri, rymd eller annan avancerad industri
Erfarenhet av verktyg som Ansys, Abaqus, Nastran, HyperMesh, LS-DYNA eller liknande
Kunskap inom dynamik, vibrationer, utmattning, krock, komposit eller icke-linjära analyser
Programmeringserfarenhet i Python eller Matlab
Erfarenhet av konsultroll eller kundnära tekniskt arbete
Erfarenhet av arbete i säkerhetsklassad eller regulatoriskt styrd miljö

We are seeking someone with: A Master's or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. 10+ years of experience in mechanical product development, including ownership of complex technical solutions from concept through production. Proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Extensive experience with CAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks). Knowledge of surface treatment methods and applications is considered an advantage. Preferred skills and experiences: Design for volume manufacturing and assembly (DFM/DFA) and GD&T. Material and process expertise - plastic design, molding and casting processes, and metal machining. Understanding of dynamic forces, such as recoil loads. Experience with PLM systems and FEM analyses. Cross-functional experience within areas such as electromechanics, optics, testing, and quality. Industry-specific merits - knowledge of weapon systems; competitive shooting, hunting or military.
