We are looking for a Agile Leader in the form of an Engineering Manager to join us. THE WOW As an Engineering Manager at Betsson Group, your primary responsibilities will be geared towards building and leading high-performing engineering teams, meaning a lot of your focus will be on our most important asset – our people! You will work closely with your product and design counterparts on the planning and scoping of the product development roadmap, where you will be accountable for the engineering teams’ delivery. You will also be expected to take ownership and responsibility for the technical stability and performance of the applications under the tutelage of your teams. A TASTER OF WHAT YOU WILL BE INVOLVED WITH * Build and lead high-performing engineering teams. * Ensure the engineering teams are properly structured, staffed, and possess the right roles and skills. * Drive excellence in engineer recruitment, onboarding and career development. * Foster an engineering culture of ownership, collaboration, and passion for delivering quality products. * Be an active part of the cross-functional leadership team for the area. * Collaborate with other engineering leaders across the organisation to share best practices. * Accountable for the engineering teams’ delivery in terms of both time and quality. * Work closely with your product counterpart(s) and provide a high level of support for product activities. * Define team performance metrics to monitor and report on team productivity. * Drive the continuous optimisation and improvement of team and development processes. * Take ownership for resolving situations hindering the performance of the teams. * Advocate and advance modern agile software development practices. * Step into any missing role as and when may be required. As our Senior Product Manager, you will be a part of a cross functional development team where you will have the primary responsibility for defining, organising and prioritising requirements. You will work closely with business stakeholders within the organisation, as well as developers, architects and UX designers to continuously optimise the customer experience. Together with your team you will take ownership of a number of customer journeys and/or capabilities where you will be one of the key people expected to drive and lead the delivery of new functionality as well as improvements of existing functionality. This will often require you to collaborate with other development teams and engage with a number of stakeholders to ensure a successful roll out. We operate in a fast paced and challenging industry, and you will have several opportunities to work on complex and cutting edge products and contribute to Betsson Group’s success. A TASTER OF WHAT YOU WILL BE INVOLVED WITH: * Proactively get input from relevant Business Units on operational needs and problems that need to be solved * Align requirements, scope, and plan with company-wide initiatives * Conduct competitors’ analysis * Lead User Research, experimentation, A/B testing, UAT initiatives * Own Product Roadmap and prioritization * Set and track Product KPIs and Success Metrics for product deliveries * Communicate iteratively on Roadmap changes and deliveries * Working with UX and UI designers (and other stakeholders as necessary) to define the customer experience and product specifications * Defining user stories with acceptance criteria together with the development team * Defining tracking, reporting, and non-functional requirements for user stories * Working with the team to refine, plan and prioritise user stories according to business value, always taking technical debt and the long term success of the product into account * Collaborating with stakeholders and ensuring that they are kept up to date and aligned with the current progress and prioritization * Helping the rest of the development team and Product Management peers to ensure that acceptance criteria are met * Occasional travelling be required to our various offices WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR * Prior software engineering experience or education. * Collaboration and dialogue. You will be collaborating both with members of your development team, stakeholders outside the team as well as third party providers and partners * Agile. Not just processes but a true agile mind-set where all members of the cross functional development team are involved and where changing requirements based on business needs and market opportunities are embraced * Facilitating and creating workshops materials * Prioritizing and taking educated decisions * Collaborating with development teams * Problem solving and tough conversations. Are you a Product Owner with a passion for i-Gaming, innovation, and a love for improving user experiences? We're looking for a talented product owner to join our team and help us bring Betsson Group's vision “to provide the best customer experience in the industry” to life. THE WOW As Product Owner will take ownership for specific parts of the product offering and for key initiatives on the product roadmap. You will also work closely with engineering teams, product designers, data analysts and stakeholders to continuously improve our products and the user experience. A TASTER OF WHAT YOU WILL BE INVOLVED WITH: * Produce detailed product specifications in the form of user stories with detailed acceptance criteria, complemented by descriptive aids such as wireframes and flowcharts where necessary, to ensure the development teams have all required information to deliver the desired outcome. * Lead the product discovery process for assigned initiatives (including hypothesis generation, requirements gathering, design, and scoping) in collaboration with the product manager, product designers, data analysts, and engineers. * Assist the product manager in ensuring that the product development backlog is properly organised, prioritised, and kept up-to-date. * Contribute to the product vision, and champion this vision with stakeholders and the engineering teams. * Ensure that proper analytics, tracking and data collection mechanisms are in place to understand user behaviours and/or product performance. * Provide the necessary product support to the development teams as may be required to aid their delivery. * Work with other parts of the organisation as and when necessary to ensure the expected outcomes are achieved and are measured. * Communicate product releases and the status of ongoing product development to the wider organisation. * Hold effective demos and trainings with stakeholders for new product concepts and releases as and when required. * Ensure that relevant product documentation and wikis are well maintained. * Perform user acceptance testing of new product releases (or ensure co-ordination of). * Continuously reviewing the live product to identify areas for improvement and any deviations from the expected experience. * Assist and support the Product Manager in any matters as may be delegated from time to time. * Learning the market & customer needs through data and customer feedback. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR * A relevant academic degree or qualifications; preferably technology and / or business related. * At least 2 years of experience working in a similar role. * Prior experience in the gaming industry will be considered a plus. * Excellent communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing. * Experience working with agile and remote development teams. * Comfortable and confident working with both the technical and commercial sides of an organisation. * Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex problems into solvable and easily understandable parts. * Excellent decision-making skills, with the ability to logically measure risk against potential gain. * A team player capable of building positive working relationships across the company. * A keen eye for detail and a user centric mindset.
