THE WOW As a Games Testing Coordintor Intern, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our gaming portfolio by reviewing all our gaming sites and making sure games work, content is correct and designs also show correctly. Your primary responsibility will be to act as the liaison between game providers and Betsson, ensuring a seamless releases of new and old content. A TASTER OF WHAT YOU WILL BE INVOLVED WITH: * Game testing: Following a games template provided by the Operations team and making sure that all games on site, from all our brands are functional and working as they should be. * Partnership Management: Serve as the central point of contact between our company and game providers, maintaining strong and positive relationships with partners. * Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing and evaluation of games to ensure they meet our quality standards and are compatible. * Game Incidents: Working with internal departments and following the correct procedures when a game does not work. Following up in a timely manner and making sure that all stakeholders are aware of the situation. * Data Analysis: Monitor game performance and user feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. * Market Research: Stay informed about the latest industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to provide valuable insights to our team. * Supporting the rest of the Central Gaming where and when needed. Are you interested to join the biggest iGaming company in Malta? Betsson Group is now hiring for an Intern Technical Service Officer to join our smart & fun Corporate IT Team. THE WOW You are expected to assist the Service Desk Manager with tasks and projects and may be required to take full ownership of such delegated responsibilities under supervision. You are expected to address each customer individually and deliver the service on the right technical level and according to business requirements. A TASTER OF WHAT YOU WILL BE INVOLVED WITH - Assisting with troubleshooting and resolution of Incidents and Service Requests related to hardware configuration, software, application and network problems amongst others; - Assisting with making full use of available tools during the diagnosing and execution stages of Incidents and Service Requests; - Assisting with Routing those Incidents and Service Requests that require reassignment to other Service Teams (including third-party suppliers); - Assisting with tracking Incidents and Service Requests to ensure that service levels are met and call resolution is achieved within the shortest time span possible; - Contributing to the setting up of operating procedures with other Service Teams to ensure that remote support is carried out by the Service Desk in an effective manner while maintaining the efficiency of the unit; - Handling of all customer related activities initiated in and from Service Management; - Working according to defined processes in Service Management; - Taking part in the continued development of the team and the infrastructure; - Liaising with the various departments in Betsson Group; and - Expected to work on shifts as per business requirements.
