About This Job Betsson Group is currently seeking a dedicated Senior Nordic Sports Trader to join our industry-leading sportsbook team based in Malta. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Compile and trade pre-match and live odds (Ice hockey, Floorball, Bandy, Pesapallo) * Create and manage player special markets * Create and manage risk on all Nordic PR/Marketing requests. * Live trade – Melodifestivalen * Monitor Nordic leagues offer (Football, Basketball, Handball, Volleyball) * Settle markets accurately and efficiently * Monitor and analyse customer activity, reporting findings to the Customer Risk team * Assist in monitoring Nordic Compliance and regulations * Manage risk by observing market movement and reacting in real-time * Liaise with 3rd-party trading providers to ensure optimal trading performance * Resolve technical, settlement, or operational issues promptly * Occasionally trade other sports when required * Collaborate with internal teams to continuously enhance the sportsbook offering WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR * Deep knowledge and passion for Ice hockey * Knowledge on any other Nordic sports/leagues considered a plus * Understanding of sports odds, statistics, and probabilities * Prior experience with 3rd-party trading tools is an advantage * Strong numerical and analytical skills * Excellent computer proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Excel * Comfortable working under pressure and making swift decisions * Strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities * Fluent in English and Swedish, both spoken and written * A positive, team-oriented attitude and a high level of self-motivation * Flexibility to work during evenings, weekends, and public holidays * Based in Malta or willing to relocate (relocation support provided) *   WHAT WE OFFER * Competitive salary + performance bonus * Relocation package: Includes flights, 4 weeks' free accommodation, and a relocation bonus * Daily lunch provided on-site (Monday–Friday) * Wellbeing allowance and work-from-home allowance * Hybrid work model + 2 weeks remote abroad annually * Enhanced leave policies: Bereavement, study, maternity/paternity, etc. * Milestone birthday celebrations * Comprehensive insurance coverage: Health, accident, travel, life * Exclusive local discounts and optional pension plan   If you’re ready to combine your love for sports with a fast-paced, rewarding career in iGaming, we want to hear from you. Help protect the integrity of sport. As a Sportsbook Betting Integrity Analyst, you will coordinate the Sportsbook Trading department's efforts in combating match-fixing and other threats to sports integrity. Working with internal teams and external stakeholders, you'll monitor betting activity, investigate suspicious patterns, and help ensure the highest standards of integrity across our sportsbook operations. If you're analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about fair play, this is an opportunity to make a real impact in a fast-paced international environment. THE WOW The successful candidate will join a dynamic and highly motivated team based in the Malta office, responsible for safeguarding the integrity of our Sportsbook operations. Working closely with Trading, Product and external stakeholders, you will play a key role in detecting, investigating and preventing suspicious betting activity, helping to protect both our business and the sports we offer. A TASTER OF WHAT YOU WILL BE INVOLVED WITH:  * Monitor betting activity and investigate any anomalous patterns. * Create alerts and report any suspicious betting observed. * Maintain a record of all integrity cases, updating statuses as required. * Proactively conduct new investigations and analysis. * Collect, organize and share data with regulators and sports governing bodies. * Conceptualize tools and reports in order to improve betting integrity monitoring. * Coordinate communications with 3rd party stakeholders such as regulators, law enforcement agencies and betting integrity partners. * Work closely with department managers on an ad hoc basis depending on cases of concern, make suggestions as required. * Promote relevant knowledge sharing. * Communicate findings to relevant product managers and advise stakeholders in decision making. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR * Strong analytical and investigative skills, with excellent attention to detail. * Ability to interpret betting patterns and make sound, evidence-based decisions. * Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders. * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. * A proactive mindset with a strong sense of integrity and discretion when handling sensitive information. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools is considered an asset. * Previous experience within Sportsbook, betting integrity, compliance, fraud, risk, or a similar analytical role is considered an advantage. * Passion for sport and an understanding of sports betting markets would be beneficial.
