MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: * Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. * 5+ years of experience in a pre-sales engineering, technical consulting, or customer-facing SaaS/platform solutions company. * Experience in technical discovery, consultative solutioning, and value-based technical selling to map enterprise business goals to technical solutions. * Experience writing SQL and Python, working with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and navigating containerisation platforms like Docker or Kubernetes. * Experience engaging with, presenting to, and influencing both technical stakeholders and executive leaders across complex organisations. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: * Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field. * Experience with GenAI, RAG, Agentic AI, graph database platforms (e.g., Neo4j, AWS Neptune, ArangoDB), and data visualisation frameworks (e.g., D3.js, Sigma.js, Linkurious, or modern BI tools). * Solid understanding of modern data platforms, advanced analytics, and AI/ML architectures—specifically operationalising Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI agents within enterprise environments. * Proven track record of building joint go-to-market (GTM) solutions and driving co-sell initiatives alongside hyperscalers, strategic ISVs, and global systems integrators. * Deep industry vertical expertise within highly regulated sectors such as Financial Services, Retail, Government, Security, or Telecommunications. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR Reporting directly to the Head of Sales, the Senior Business Development Representative will be the “sharp tip of the spear”, responsible for growing our revenue pipeline, iterating and updating our prospecting strategy, and supporting the sales team in achieving the company’s ambitious targets.
