As part of our growth, we are looking for an Intern to the Chief of Staff to join the G&A team. This job is a unique opportunity to learn how to operate a startup - from Finance to Talent, GTM & operations. 🚀 What we are looking for: * Recent graduation from one of the world's top universities * You have completed internships in top investment banks, leading startups or Tier 1 consultancies * You have experience in (financial) modeling, building automations and developing sales processes * You are extremely driven and have a track record to prove that, as we expect a very high level of structure and ownership from you * Full proficiency in German (C2) and English * Please note that this role requires a high level of office presence * Nice to have: You just finished your studies and are looking for a 6 month internship with opportunity to join full-time. 🚀 What you will be working on: * GTM & Operations: Support the structure of our international expansion. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, this role offers hands-on exposure to the financial operations of a company moving through its next stage of growth.  This is an opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, contribute to real finance projects, and learn how financial planning, reporting, and analysis support decision-making in a fast-paced, scaling business. As a Boston-based Co-op, you will commit to a minimum of 15 or up to 32 hours per week.  The ability to work in our Boston office a few days a week is important as you will sit alongside and collaborate with senior leaders and key Shifters. About the Role: As a Student Assistant in our Record-to-Report (RtR) Department, you will support daily accounting and financial reporting activities while gaining hands-on experience in a global finance environment. Working closely with experienced team members, you will contribute to month-end closing, financial data analysis, process improvement initiatives, and finance projects, helping to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of RtR operations.
