We’re looking for a highly motivated, self-starter Account Executive in Spanish Latam who is passionate about voice technology and
how it is changing businesses. We don’t just sell a product or custom-level solutions; we are partnering with organizations to
help them generate new experiences and monetization opportunities at scale with our breakthrough voice technology. In this role
1. Build and manage a growing portfolio of new accounts across industries adopting conversational AI to help ElevenLabs meet its
revenue goals
2. Identify new business opportunities where ElevenLabs’ conversational AI capabilities can drive user engagement, automation, or
cost efficiency
3. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the conversational AI landscape, including customer use cases, competitive
solutions, and emerging trends
4. Demonstrate expertise—or a strong willingness to learn—about conversational AI and how ElevenLabs’ voice technology can unlock
value across customer support, virtual agents, in-app assistants, and more

ABOUT THE ROLE As the first Sales Development (Outbound) based in Mexico, at ElevenLabs you will play a crucial role in building an effective outbound sales strategy, while working closely with the Account Executives. We don’t just sell a product or custom-level solutions; we are partnering with enterprises to help them generate new experiences and monetization opportunities at scale with our breakthrough voice technology. In this role you will: * Conduct research to identify potential leads and prospects within the target market. * Engage in outbound activities such as cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach to initiate contact with potential customers * Implement personalized and effective outreach campaigns to maximize lead conversion. * Collaborate closely with the Account Executive to exchange insights on prospect feedback, objections, and market trends. * Continuously refine and adjust outreach strategies based on the feedback loop. * Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to outbound sales activities, including conversion rates, lead quality, and outreach effectiveness. * Collaborate with the sales leadership to analyze data and optimize strategies for better results. REQUIREMENTS * At least 2-3 years outbound B2B sales experience with a track record of securing new business meetings. * Demonstrated ability to build Opportunity sized lead lists in new markets and categories * Experience with full suite of prospecting tools * Demonstrated ability to build, scale process * Demonstrated ability to nurture a team * Curiosity - asking insightful questions and developing solutions from a foundation of knowledge and insight. * Self-motivated, thriving as part of a team while possessing the ability to stay driven and proactive independently. * Effective time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage a high volume of leads. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English #LI-Remote

ABOUT THE ROLE As a Solutions Engineer, you'll work as part of a driven team to unlock the full potential of our voice AI platform for a growing customer base. Your mission is to efficiently scale our technical solutions to many enterprise customers, both directly and by improving our internal processes and supporting our sales teams. As a Solutions Engineer, you can expect to: * Collaborate strategically with Account Executives to enhance the technical aspects of the sales process. * Work directly with technical contacts from our customers and prospective customers to provide bespoke support and architect solutions. * Craft compelling technical demonstrations that clearly communicate our product's value proposition. * Create technical enablement resources that amplify our sales team's effectiveness and technical fluency. * Build self-service tools and documentation that empower customers to implement solutions independently. * Identify opportunities to productize common integration patterns or features, and work with our product teams to make these real! REQUIREMENTS We're looking for exceptional individuals who excel at working with customers on technical problems and excited to work with us to scale this efficiently. You'll thrive with us if you: * Are passionate about AI, technology and ElevenLabs products. * Enjoy working directly with customers, iterating on solutions and providing tailored support * Have a talent for identifying patterns that can be standardized and scaled. * Have strong empathy for customers, sales and product teams. * Have a strong technical background in order to help customers architect integration between our solutions and their existing solutions * Experience working with customers. It’s ok if you only worked with customers in student clubs or side projects, as long as you are interested in working closely with them on a technical capacity * Proficiency in Python, inclusive of a deep understanding of software development, software architecture, and common integration patterns. * Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging to different audiences. ABOUT THE ROLE We’re looking for a Sales Development (Lead) to lead and scale our growing LATAM SDR team. You’ll be stepping into an exciting phase: we already have a strong foundation SDRs in place, new starters joining, and more hires planned as we continue to grow. This role is pivotal in shaping how we generate pipeline, break into new markets, and drive top-of-funnel excellence at ElevenLabs. You’ll bring structure, coaching, and strategy to a high-velocity team, while working closely with Account Executives and sales leadership to fuel our ambitious growth targets. In this role you will: * Lead and coach a team of SDRs with plans for continued headcount growth * Establish and refine scalable processes for outbound prospecting, qualification, and AE handoff * Build onboarding, enablement, and coaching frameworks that set your team up for long-term success * Partner with Account Executives and sales leadership to align on pipeline targets and performance metrics * Use data and tooling to continuously optimise strategy, outreach quality, and conversion rates * Support go-to-market experimentation as we expand across customer segments and global markets * Foster a team culture of curiosity, accountability, and continuous improvement REQUIREMENTS * 4+ years of experience in sales or business development, with at least 1–2 years in a management or team lead capacity * Experience building or scaling high-performing SDR or BDR teams in fast-growing tech environments * Strong understanding of outbound prospecting, especially to technical and enterprise personas * Skilled in sales metrics, CRM/reporting tools, and modern outreach techniques * Excellent coaching and communication skills — you're energised by developing others * Comfortable with ambiguity and pace — you thrive in high-growth, rapidly changing environments * A genuine passion for technology, innovation, and AI * Fluent in English and Spanish * Located in Mexico or Argentina Bonus: * Experience in early-stage or startup environments * Exposure to voice tech, AI, developer tools, or creative platforms * Worked with globally distributed teams #LI-Remote
