This position is primarily responsible for supporting the preventative maintenance and basic hardware error troubleshooting of the
automated storage and retrieval system (AS/RS). The AS/RS Technician I will be expected to read system schematics and collaborate
with logistics personnel and Viastore hotline support to assist in resolving system errors. This role includes documenting
maintenance activities, error resolutions, and work orders in the facility’s CMMS software system. The AS/RS Technician I may
also assist with general facility maintenance tasks as prioritized by the Facilities Manager. All facilities personnel are
expected to perform their duties in a manner that ensures the safety of themselves and all employees. Success in this role

SPS is seeking a Pitch Technician, you will be responsible for the day-to-day technical maintenance and operation of all on-site equipment related to our rooms & spaces dedicated to pitches. This role will also backup the Executive Event Technician in times of need. This position provides the technical acumen and execution to “wow” a client or guest by showcasing the AV systems abilities at the direction of event tech and producers. This role can be VIP client and guest facing. Qualifications • Experienced with Technical live event Technical Operations • Ability to operate, learn, and triage complex AV systems • Resourceful and accommodating for clients and guest needs • Tier 2 equipment break/fix capabilities • Ability to troubleshoot technical equipment and AV network issues in depth • Clearly communicate and follow-up on all technical issues to event lead and or producers • Able to occasionally work early/late including weekends • Experienced and have the ability to learn AV configuration and management software • 5-7 years’ experience working in corporate AV service, commissioning, and training end users • Provide end-user support, consulting, or education to event organizers • Set up, operate and manage audio and video equipment, and provide AV support • Perform proactive activities to resolve problems or identify resolution to the appropriate party • Troubleshoot AV problems last minute as required • Liaison for requests to our helpdesk and sales team and drive resolution for any client need • Assist with other office AV requirements on days when there’re no pitches or events in the pitch spaces • Familiarity with Cisco or Poly video conferencing equipment preferred • Working knowledge of MS O365 suite • 5–7 years of experience in corporate audiovisual (AV) services, event technology, commissioning, and end-user training. • Experience supporting live events and technical operations. • Experience setting up, operating, and managing audio/video equipment. • Familiarity with Cisco or Poly video conferencing systems preferred. • Technical Skills • Ability to operate, configure, learn, and troubleshoot complex AV systems. • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for AV equipment and network-related issues. • Tier 2 break/fix support capabilities. • Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Ability to support end users, event organizers, producers, and clients. • Communication & Customer Service • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to interact professionally with VIP clients, guests, producers, and event organizers. • Ability to clearly document, communicate, and follow up on technical issues. • Resourceful, customer-focused, and responsive to client needs. • Schedule Flexibility • Ability to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends as business needs require. • Physical Requirements • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull AV equipment and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds. • Ability to transport equipment carts and cases throughout the facility. • Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb ladders, and work in event spaces for extended periods. • Ability to work in various event environments, including backstage areas, meeting rooms, and production spaces. • Ability to safely set up and dismantle audiovisual equipment, including monitors, speakers, lighting, and cabling. YOUR MISSION As an Electronic Hardware Engineer, you will play a key role in designing and delivering robust electronic systems for space applications. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team and involved throughout the full development lifecycle, from early design concepts to production support, ensuring high reliability and performance in demanding environments. In this role, you will: * Design, test, and validate multilayer PCBs for both high- and low-power systems using tools such as Altium, KiCad, or OrCAD * Develop and analyse power electronics, including DC/DC converters, DC/AC regulators, protection systems, and thermal management strategies * Design signal and low-power circuits for sensors, data acquisition, and embedded communication interfaces * Build, assemble, and debug electronic prototypes, performing detailed characterisation and validation * Prepare and maintain high-quality technical documentation, including schematics, test procedures, and verification reports * Support industrialisation and production phases, ensuring smooth transition to manufacturing * Collaborate cross-functionally with mechanical, software, and systems engineers to guarantee performance and reliability in space conditions YOUR PROFILE We are looking for a structured and detail-oriented engineer with a strong technical foundation and a passion for solving complex challenges. YOUR MISSION The selected candidate will be part of young and motivated team located between Igualada and Barcelona focusing in the design and development of Embedded Software (Firmware) for IoT, Building and Home Automation devices.
