Who we're looking for We are looking for a dynamic problem-solver who is excited about scaling a user base and building seamless digital experiences. Does this sound like you? * Experience - You have at least 1 year of experience as a Backend Engineer, with a strong track record of building and maintaining scalable microservices in fast-paced environments. * Technical Foundations - Solid expertise in Java and Spring Boot, with a good understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL) and cloud environments. If you’re also passionate about or have hands-on experience building GenAI-driven features, such as backend services using LLMs, orchestration frameworks like LangGraph, or AWS cloud services like Amazon Bedrock, that’s considered a value-add. * Growth Mindset - You care about performance and user experience.
