As a Product Marketing Manager for the Italian market at Qonto, your main focus will be to develop strong customer insights, drive the go-to-market strategy, and support the successful launch and adoption of our products in Italy.

As Senior CRM Project Manager for Personalized Promotions & Wallet reporting to the CRM Group Director, you will drive Veepee's promotional strategy across all six European markets (France, Benelux, Germany, Spain, Italy & Switzerland) and business scopes (Flash Sales, Brandsplace, Clearance, Media, Le Club). You own two interconnected mandates : 1/ Maximise the ROI of promotional marketing budget — covering all voucher and incentive mechanics across the full customer lifecycle, whether funded by Veepee or by brand partners. 2/ Lead the CRM workstream of the Wallet & Promotional Products project — Veepee's flagship 2026–2028 initiative to transform the “Mes Promos” space into a personalized, gamified promotional wallet. You operate at the intersection of CRM strategy, product development and data. You influence without direct authority, acting as the bridge between the CRM team and other main stakeholders (Front/Growth, sourcing, finance teams). You are accountable for defining your OKRs, owning your roadmap and delivering measurable impact on promotional performance.

You will be joining the client delivery team with Kraken working to support European clients through their technology transformation journeys, supporting long term migration projects. The Client Delivery Lead has direct responsibility managing a tech domain (billing, finance, comms..) for our client projects. This is either migrating onto our Kraken platform or managing long term technology requirements. They need to work in partnership with the technology and operational teams at Kraken as well as the client to deliver results for our client’s project or business needs. The Client Delivery Lead has to really understand how Kraken works, understand problems or requests raised by the client and refine solutions in the best way to leverage existing and new capability. They will bring technology, people and processes together to innovate improvements for our clients. You will also support the client in adapting to ways of working that are aligned to Kraken’s development style. You will work closely with Kraken’s product managers and developers to request development needs and act as a link to the client.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU, AS A SENIOR SOFTWARE ENGINEER * Become a proficient user of our platforms (AWS, Kubernetes, Prometheus/Grafana, etc) and our tools (Rust and .NET ). Training will be available to fill in any gaps in your current knowledge * Partner with your Engineering Manager and Product Manager to size and break down requirements for new features and product efforts * Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders * Employ design patterns, testing and automation to ensure fast and safe iteration cycles. Use your knowledge to coach your teammates and level up the whole engineering organisation * Play an active role in our incident response.
