This is an opportunity to advise leading Italian and international clients on some of their most high-profile and
business-critical moments, including M&A, IPOs, capital markets activity, shareholder activism, financial communications, crisis
and special situations.
As an Associate, you will advise clients and drive execution across accounts, focusing on the delivery of high-quality workstreams
and the proactive development of strategic ideas. You will bring a strong understanding of the Italian and international
financial, corporate, media and regulatory landscape, and will help clients navigate moments of opportunity, scrutiny and change.
You will also play an active role in building Brunswick’s offer in Milan, contributing to new business, developing relationships
across the market and working collaboratively with colleagues across practices, sectors and geographies.
