As a Calibration Technician working with the LotusWorks team, you will join our client site in the medical devices sector. This job is based in a cutting edge- facility in Cork. You will be involved in the Setup, calibration, and troubleshooting of temperature, pressure, flow, humidity, level, balancing, density, viscosity instrumentation, pH and conductivity analysers, dimensional and measurement equipment and a wide range of other instrumentation. Responsibilities: * Complete scheduled calibrations as per client and LotusWorks procedures dimensional, facilities and Process calibration. * Respond to and assist production on faulty and unscheduled equipment which has failed or is out of spec., in order to keep production requirements met. * Interact in a professional manner with client area owners and all Client staff in order to get the preventative and Corrective maintenance activities completed in a compliant and efficient manner. * Plan equipment down where necessary due to on line calibrations, vendor's availability to come to site etc. * Follow all procedures with regard overdue / quarantined equipment to ensure compliance from a calibration department point of view. * Follow Calibration Discrepancy procedures and follow up on items which you have calibrated and have escalated to a calibration discrepancy. * Follow decommissioning procedures and follow up on items which you have tried to calibrate and have escalated to an unfixable situation. * Suggest continuous improvement suggestions for processes and calibration activities. * Assist EHSQ monthly audits and investigations as required. * Maintain all documentation in an organised and controlled manner in compliance with GAMP and FDA. * Work with team personnel as required to facilitate calibration activities. Skills Required: * 2 years working experience in industry, preferably in a medical Device or relevant GMP manufacturing environment. * Ability to read and understand technical manuals and engineering documentation. * Excellent communicator. * Capable of successfully working within a team while having the initiative to self-resolve issues. * Literacy in Computer Operating Systems and applications such as Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc. Education / Licenses / Certifications: * Level 7 Degree qualification in Instrumentation OR any other relevant discipline * Proof of education, licenses, and certifications will be required where applicable. As a Scheduling Co-ordinator working with the LotusWorks team, you will join our client site in the Semiconductor sector. This job is based in a cutting-edge facility in Leixlip, Co. Kildare. You will be responsible for organising and scheduling tasks, as well as following established processes and procedures for the department. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Working within the UPW department * Scheduling and planning PMs for technicians and UPW team * Using CMMS to upload PMs * Co-ordinating with operations around down time * Ensuring technicians are equipment is available for planned work * Tracking work orders and schedules * Co-ordinating permits and following safety procedures * Analysing recurring issues * Using word, excel and PowerPoint for updating stakeholders * Attending meetings with stakeholders and clients * Accurately keeping records up to date. * Other general administrative duties. SKILLS REQUIRED: * Proficiency in computer operating systems and applications, including Microsoft Office Suite products (e.g., Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) * Knowledge of CMMS * Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. * Strong organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail. * Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines. The Area Coordinator / Construction Coordinator supports field execution activities within a designated area of a semiconductor manufacturing facility project. This role is responsible for coordinating contractors, tracking progress, supporting construction planning, and ensuring alignment between engineering, construction, and commissioning teams. The position plays a critical role in maintaining schedule, safety, and quality during fast-paced, highly technical construction and startup phases. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Coordinate daily construction activities within an assigned area, ensuring work is executed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with project schedules. * Act as a field liaison between contractors, subcontractors, engineering teams, and project management. * Track installation progress and provide regular updates on construction status, constraints, and risks. * Support lookahead planning (2-week / 6-week schedules) and assist in identifying potential schedule impacts. * Monitor contractor performance, manpower levels, and work sequencing within the assigned area. * Identify and escalate field issues, including design conflicts, material shortages, and installation challenges. * Assist with resolution of RFIs (Requests for Information) and coordinate with engineering teams to clarify design intent. * Participate in daily/weekly coordination meetings, safety briefings, and progress reviews. * Ensure work is performed in compliance with project specifications, drawings, and quality standards. * Support system turnover and commissioning activities by coordinating punch list completion and readiness. * Maintain accurate field documentation, including daily reports, issue logs, and progress tracking tools. * Promote and enforce Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) standards across all site activities. * Any other duties or responsibilities that may be assigned to you in your role. SKILLS REQUIRED: * 3–5 years of experience in construction coordination, field engineering, or similar role (internship experience considered). * Experience in industrial, high-tech, or semiconductor construction environments is a plus. * Strong understanding of construction processes, sequencing, and field coordination. * Ability to read and interpret construction drawings (P&IDs, layouts, electrical/mechanical plans). * Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment. * Effective communication skills with both technical teams and field personnel. * Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify and escalate issues proactively. * Strong understanding of construction processes, sequencing, and field coordination. * Ability to read and interpret construction drawings (P&IDs, layouts, electrical/mechanical plans).
