Vi söker nu en erfaren Commercial Project Manager för ett spännande konsultuppdrag hos en internationell verksamhet. Rollen passar dig som har gedigen erfarenhet av projekt- och programledning och trivs med att driva strategiska och affärskritiska initiativ i en global miljö. Du kommer att leda förändringsarbete, samordna tvärfunktionella team och bidra till affärsvärde genom strukturerad projektledning.
I rollen ansvarar du för att planera, leda och genomföra strategiska initiativ inom Commercial Operations med fokus på Direct-to-Consumer (DTC), kundengagemang och utveckling av serviceerbjudanden. Du säkerställer att projekten levereras enligt uppsatta mål, tidsplaner och verksamhetens behov samt fungerar som en central samordningspunkt mellan flera affärsfunktioner.
Ansvarsområden
Leda projekt och program från initiering till genomförande och uppföljning.
Upprätta projektplaner, tidplaner, milstolpar och resursplanering.
Hantera risker, beroenden och prioriteringar i flera parallella initiativ.
Driva tvärfunktionellt samarbete mellan bland annat Sales, Marketing, IT, CRM och Finance.
Bidra till utveckling av kundcentrerade lösningar och förbättrade kundresor.
Följa upp projektens resultat genom KPI:er och arbeta med kontinuerliga förbättringar.
Fungera som funktionell ledare för ett mindre projektteam och skapa tydlighet kring prioriteringar, arbetssätt och leveranser.
Leda området Consumer Engagement och omsätta affärsstrategier till konkreta projekt och aktiviteter.
Minst fem års erfarenhet av att leda projekt eller program.
Dokumenterad förmåga att driva tvärfunktionella initiativ som resulterat i konkreta affärsresultat.
Tidigare erfarenhet från healthcare, medtech eller consumer health ses som en stor fördel.
Erfarenhet av kommersiella verksamheter, digital utveckling eller förändrings- och transformationsinitiativ.
God erfarenhet av CRM-system, dataanalys och optimering av affärsprocesser.
Vana av att arbeta i projektledningsverktyg, exempelvis Smartsheet eller Jira.
Erfarenhet av CRM-plattformar såsom Salesforce.
God förståelse för projektmetoder inom Agile och/eller Waterfall.
Masterexamen inom ett relevant område eller motsvarande MBA-utbildning.
Mycket god kommunikativ förmåga samt erfarenhet av att samarbeta med intressenter på olika organisatoriska nivåer.
Analytiskt lagd med ett strukturerat och metodiskt arbetssätt.
Bakgrundskontroll genomförs före uppdragsstart.
