Here at The Exploration Company, we are developing, producing, and operating Nyx, a modular and reusable space orbital vehicle
that can eventually be refuelled in orbit and that can carry cargo - and potentially humans in the longer run.
We operate in a project‑driven aerospace manufacturing environment, scaling rapidly across multiple countries, legal entities, and
programmes. Reliable, well‑governed financial systems are critical to enabling growth while maintaining control, credibility, and
auditability.
We are looking for a Financial Systems Business Partner to act as the functional owner of financial system automation and master
data governance, with Odoo as the financial backbone.
You will sit at the intersection of Finance, Engineering, and Enterprise Systems, translating financial control needs into
scalable system solutions. You will design, improve, and help operate financial processes across projects, departments, and legal
entities.
This is a hands‑on role: you will configure, analyse, challenge, automate, and continuously improve how financial data flows
through the organisation.
During the interview process, candidates will be asked to present a case study on designing a multi-entity financial architecture
& workflows in Odoo — covering budgeting, manufacturing costing, cashflow planning, and banking orchestration for a high-growth
aerospace environment. We run a mature Odoo implementation; this role is about scaling and optimisation, not building from
scratch. Deep financial systems expertise and strong Odoo knowledge is expected.
Why you should join us!
What makes us special here at The Exploration Company and why we think you will enjoy working here is:
up for the challenge?
We'd love to hear from you if you wish to be a part of our journey. Please submit your CV now for immediate consideration and we
