We're creating an entirely new payments platform, built with stablecoins, to simplify global money movement. Bridge enables
faster, cheaper payments and borderless access to dollars via stablecoins. Through our APIs, businesses can send and receive funds
across borders faster and cheaper vs. SWIFT and other fiat-only rails. Our virtual accounts enable international consumers and
businesses to easily access, store, and spend US dollars. Our payouts infrastructure enables platforms to disburse USD to anyone
globally. We believe many trillions of dollars will move and settle through stablecoin payment rails. Bridge is pulling this
future forward.
We have a small team of people who have previously built financial infrastructure at some of the world's leading companies
(Coinbase, Stripe, Square, Brex, Upstart, DoorDash, Airbnb), and each and every one of them chose Bridge because they
fundamentally believe that stablecoins will be a critical piece of financial infrastructure that allows for the improvement of
global money movement.
Join our Technical Program Management team to build the systems that make global, programmable money trustworthy at scale. At
Bridge, we’re not just improving global payments—we’re reinventing how money moves across borders using stablecoins and modern
financial infrastructure.
This role is about driving execution across complex technical initiatives—bringing structure to ambiguous problems, aligning
stakeholders, and helping the team move quickly while maintaining reliability, performance, and operational excellence.
As a TPM, you'll play a key role leading complex programs across multiple engineering, product, and cross-functional (finance,
legal, compliance, risk, and other) teams spanning Bridge. You'll be an active contributor to the overall strategy of the program,
drive technical decision-making, and drive the execution of the program through all phases from planning to delivery. You'll have
the opportunity to implement mechanisms that make your programs effective and scale them to Bridge-level processes.
We're looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. If you meet these requirements, you
are encouraged to apply. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.

can lead technical discussions. You don’t let problems remain ambiguous and directly drive clarity on decision tradeoffs and

Experience at a fintech or payments company. Track record of driving programs with cross-organizational or company-wide impact —
not just team-level delivery. Comfortable working directly with senior engineering and product leadership with limited support.
History of building toward durable, long-term solutions, not just shipping on time.
WHO WE ARE ABOUT STRIPE Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform for businesses. Millions of companies—from the world's largest enterprises to the most ambitious startups—use Stripe to accept payments, grow their revenue, and accelerate new business opportunities. Our mission is to increase the GDP of the internet, and we have a staggering amount of work ahead. That means you have an unprecedented opportunity to put the global economy within everyone's reach while doing the most important work of your career. ABOUT THE TEAM The Developer Experience and Product Platform (DEeP) organization empowers all of Stripe's products with a shared product platform that delivers high-quality, consistent, cross-product experiences across our UI and API surfaces. DEeP focuses on providing a scalable developer experience that any developer can leverage to accelerate a customer's ability to create value from Stripe. Within DEeP, the Extensibility program is how Stripe expands its total addressable market and increases customer retention. With extensibility, Stripe becomes programmable — customers and product teams can adapt Stripe to their needs on a common platform. Stripe has three interconnected extensibility primitives. * Scripts — Secure, isolated TypeScript runtime allowing merchants and developers to customize Stripe product behavior (e.g., discount calculations, invoice logic, proration). * Custom Objects — User-defined data models (e.g., Shipments, Locations, Warranties, Entitlements) with first-class APIs, SDKs, and Dashboard experiences. * Workflows — A programmable orchestration layer (graduating to GA at Sessions) enabling no-code and pro-code business logic across Stripe, including custom actions, delays, smart retries, and 3P integrations. These primitives are deeply interdependent, involve 10+ cross-functional teams, and culminate in a flagship product launch. WHAT YOU'LL DO We're seeking a product-focused Technical Program Manager to drive the Extensibility program across the Workflows, Custom Objects, and Scripts workstreams. This is a newly created, high-impact role at the intersection of platform engineering, product management, and cross-organizational program ownership. In this role, you'll own one of the most strategically consequential programs in DEeP — driving the direction, health, and outcomes of Stripe's Extensibility platform across Scripts, Custom Objects, and Workflows. You'll set the program strategy in partnership with DEeP leadership, holding organizations accountable to the success of the program. RESPONSIBILITIES * Drive cross-org decisions across DRIs in Script Platform, Custom Objects, Apps, SDK, Observability, DevEx, and Versioning — actively resolving the hard, ambiguous integration and ownership questions that fall between team boundaries. * Own the critical path to major launches — proactively shaping scope, driving descope decisions, and negotiating trade-offs across teams so that launches reflect deliberate strategic choices. * Influence and shape product and engineering roadmaps — bringing a program-level perspective to team planning cycles, pushing back where individual team roadmaps are misaligned with broader extensibility strategy, and advocating for cross-cutting investments that no single team will prioritize on their own. * Support ProServ and Partnerships — ensure ProServ and Partnerships requirements surface in the roadmap with the same rigor as product requirements, and hold the bridge between what the platform delivers and what those teams need to close and serve complex customers. WHO YOU ARE We're looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. If you meet these requirements, you are encouraged to apply. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS * 5+ years of technical program management experience with demonstrated success in driving complex cross-organizational programs. * Strong product sense and ability to understand enterprise customer needs * Demonstrated ability to communicate with precision and credibility across engineering, product, and executive audiences, translating complex technical trade-offs into strategic decisions, and driving alignment. * Demonstrated ability to lead and align cross-functional teams — driving decisions, resolving conflict, and building consensus across organizations with competing priorities. * Proven track record of successful program delivery in complex technical environments * Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS * Background in product management or product operations * Experience with developer platforms, API products, or payment systems

ABOUT THE TEAM The FinOps organization at Stripe is responsible for the financial operations that sustain our business at scale. It comprises five specialized service teams: * Accounts Payable (AP)—managing supplier invoices, vendor payments, and procurement workflows * Accounts Receivable (AR)—overseeing customer billing, collections, and revenue operations * Travel and Expense (T&E)—managing employee expense processes and ensuring policy compliance * Payroll—guaranteeing accurate and timely compensation for Stripe employees * Monetization Operations (MonOps)—handling unique billing arrangements with our largest clients Supporting all five of these teams is FinOps Strategic Enablement—a dedicated function aimed at driving efficiency, scalability, and strategic value across the entire FinOps organization. This team provides expertise in process design, data management, and increasingly, artificial intelligence. As AI capabilities advance, FinOps Strategic Enablement is strategically investing in resources to ensure our service teams can fully harness these tools. This role is pivotal to achieving that objective. WHAT YOU'LL DO We're seeking a FinOps Program Manager to act as a strategic catalyst for positive change. This high-impact position focuses on identifying, defining, and managing large-scale AI and process improvement initiatives through to successful completion. You'll serve as the primary partner for our sub-teams, facilitating their transition from manual bottlenecks to AI-driven solutions. Positioned at the intersection of Operational Excellence (OE), Finance Systems (FinSys), and AI technology, your objective is to transcend simple "handoffs" by thoroughly understanding technical requirements and driving solutions to fruition. RESPONSIBILITIES * AI Strategy and Scoping Collaborate with FinOps sub-teams to identify high-impact opportunities for AI and automation. Transform operational challenges into clear, actionable project roadmaps. * End-to-End Project Management Lead strategic projects from initial discovery through technical implementation and post-launch optimization. * Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner closely with OE leads and FinSys teams to design and develop scalable solutions. You'll ensure that the operational vision is accurately translated into system architecture. * Continuous Improvement Foster a mindset focused on improvement to simplify and standardize processes before integrating AI capabilities. * Solution Realization Take ownership of the final stages of implementation. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the solution effectively addresses the business problem and delivers measurable ROI. WHO YOU ARE We're looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. If you meet these requirements, you are encouraged to apply. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS * The Architect You possess 4–6 years of experience in Program Management or Strategic Operations. You understand how to design workflows from the ground up, beyond merely tracking tasks. * Technically Capable While not a software engineer, you are "technically savvy." You can navigate data structures and AI orchestration tools to build prototypes or initial solutions independently to validate concepts before transitioning them. * Process Improvement Mindset You instinctively seek to eliminate waste. Your experience with Operational Excellence (Lean and Six Sigma) leads you to address process inefficiencies prior to automation efforts. * The Bridge You excel at bridging the gap between Finance leads and FinSys engineers, translating operational challenges into technical requirements while preserving the business intent. * Solution Realizer You possess a bias for action, ensuring that projects extend beyond the recommendation phase to guarantee the technical solution is adopted and delivers value to the sub-teams. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS * Demonstrated experience managing complex, cross-functional programs in Finance or Business Operations, with the ability to map financial workflows, identify AI and automation opportunities, apply Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, influence stakeholders, and drive projects from discovery through technical realization * Experience in a Finance, Accounting, or FinOps function * Familiarity with financial systems or ERP data (e.g., Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, Workday, Coupa) * Experience with workflow orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow, Prefect, or similar) * Prior experience in an embedded engineering or "data product" role within a business unit
