Mit unserem Team an UC - Experten decken wir eine große Bandbreite in der Konzeptionierung, Implementierung und Wartung
anspruchsvoller Telefonie und Communication - Konzepte ab.
Wir bieten Lösungen u.a. aus den Bereichen VoIP und SBC, DECT-Ausleuchtung und -Telefonie, diverse Integrationen in vorhandene
Software und Systeme, Bedarfsanalysen, vollumfassendes Callrouting und intelligente Anrufsteuerung. Unsere Konzepte sind auf den
Kunden individuell zugeschnitten und werden sowohl in der Cloud als auch lokal betrieben.
Nach einer Einarbeitungsphase im Team übernimmst du Verantwortung für die Konzeptionierung, Implementierung und Instandhaltung der
Unified Communications Lösungen unserer Kunden.
Dein Tätigkeitsbereich umfasst sowohl das klassische Projektgeschäft, die Pflege und die Optimierung der Kundenumgebungen als auch
die gemeinsame Weiterentwicklung bestehender sowie neuer Lösungen.
DAS ERWARTEN WIR
Du hast dein Hochschulstudium oder deine Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration erfolgreich abgeschlossen und
verfügst über Praxiserfahrung in einem oder mehreren der folgenden Bereiche:
* fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Netzwerktechnik
* erweiterte Erfahrung im Bereich Unified Communications und VoIP
* theoretische und praktische Kenntnisse im Bereich DECT, DECT-Ausleuchtungen und DECT-Implementierungen
* Idealerweise Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Session Border Controller (SBC)
* Freude am Kundenumgang
* Analytisches Denken
und hast mit den Produkten von Enreach (Swyx), Microsoft Teams, AudioCodes, Ascom oder ähnlichen vergleichbaren Produkten
gearbeitet. Du bist lösungsorientiert und bringst eine selbständige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise mit. Eine ausgeprägte
Kundenorientierung, Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Organisationsgeschick runden dein Profil ab.

We're hiring a Director of Engineering to take operational leadership of our Engineering organization. You'll partner with the CTO
on strategy, own people leadership across all engineering squads, and build the structures that let us scale.

You bring 5+ years of experience leading engineering teams in B2B SaaS or product-led companies.

YOUR DAY TO DAY
* You run regular 1:1s with Engineering Managers and select senior engineers to support growth, alignment, and execution
* You lead growth conversations, performance reviews, and calibration sessions across the engineering organization
* You own key parts of the hiring process - from interviewing and org design to closing strong candidates
* You sponsor and prioritize tech debt reduction and long-term architectural investments together with engineering leadership
* You review squad delivery progress, surface blockers early, and maintain a high quality bar across teams
* You work closely with the CTO on org design, hiring strategy, and headcount planning
* You coordinate roadmap priorities and engineering capacity planning together with the CPO
