We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Account Manager. You will be responsible for developing long-term strategic
relationships, expanding account revenue, and leading complex, high-value IT transformation initiatives. Success in this role
comes from proactive account management, close collaboration with internal specialist teams and vendor partners, and a deep
understanding of customer business and technology needs.

THE ROLE The Account Coordinator plays a key supporting role within Techary’s global sales ecosystem, working closely with our Global Account Managers. This is a dynamic, customer-facing role ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented individual who is eager to build experience in account coordination and client relationship management. Based in our New Jersey office, the Account Coordinator will collaborate closely with the Sales Team to support BAU activities and manage smaller-scale client requirements. This position offers a valuable progression path into more senior and autonomous roles within a rapidly growing global IT company. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES The successful candidate will be required to: * Provide essential support to the Account Management Team with day-to-day administrative tasks, including; preparing quotes, managing portals, coordinating order fulfilment and assisting with project execution * Maintain accurate sales forecasts using Techary’s CRM system * Maintain strong internal and external relationships through timely communication and follow-through * Maintain detailed knowledge of client needs and expectations * Act as a liaison between all stakeholders to ensure the timely and successful delivery of services and opportunities ESSENTIAL SKILLS Required: * 1 year+ IT sales support, account coordination, or account management experience – candidates with relevant experience in other industries with strong transferable skills are also encouraged to apply * Knowledge of Salesforce (desired) * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organisational skills * Outgoing and collaborative personality with the ability to build relationships both internally and externally * Ambitious individual who has a desire to grow and develop within a rapidly expanding company * Proactive with the ability to use initiative and work independently * Knowledge of the IT Channel desirable BENEFITS At Techary, we embrace a family culture and believe in working as a team to overcome any challenge we face. On-Target Earnings (OTE) are based on a 60/40 pay mix (base salary / target variable). The typical starting OTE range for new hires in this role is listed below. This range represents the lowest to highest OTE we reasonably and in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee's position within the OTE range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Act as the primary strategic point of contact for assigned enterprise accounts * Proactively engage customers to understand business objectives and translate them into IT solutions * Drive revenue growth by identifying whitespace opportunities and expanding Techary’s footprint within accounts * Own and deliver against individual sales targets * Build and maintain strong relationships with multiple stakeholders across customer organisations * Lead and coordinate complex enterprise sales cycles with longer, multi-threaded deal structures * Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting using Salesforce * Collaborate closely with internal technical specialists and external vendor partners * Represent and pitch Techary’s value proposition ESSENTIAL SKILLS Required: * 5+ years’ experience in IT B2B sales, ideally in an enterprise environment * Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets * Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to engage at multiple stakeholder levels * Experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles * Solid understanding of IT technologies, including hardware, software, networking, and data centre solutions * Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills Desirable: * Experience working with enterprise accounts * Background in VAR or MSP environments * Salesforce experience BENEFITS At Techary, we embrace a family culture and believe in working as a team to overcome any challenge we face.
