The Role
We’re looking for a Events & Field Marketing Manager or Senior Events & Field Marketing Manager to join our team in New York City
and lead the execution of high-impact marketing programs across North America. This role will play a key part in driving brand
awareness, pipeline growth, and customer loyalty through regional field initiatives, including event sponsorships, owned brand
experiences, and integrated campaigns.
You’ll report to the Marketing Director, North America and collaborate closely with the global marketing team, including demand
generation, product marketing, content, and design. You’ll be embedded in the regional go-to-market and engagement teams to plan
and execute programs that drive customer acquisition, engage target accounts and nurture customer relationships.

THE ROLE We're looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to join our Growth Marketing team, reporting to the Senior Director, Growth Marketing. This role owns the engine room of marketing: the martech stack, campaign hierarchy, lead scoring and routing, and budget, that determine how fast, how well, and how cost-effectively marketing-generated demand converts into pipeline impact. You'll work hand-in-hand with RevOps and the wider marketing team, and in particular a regional marketing director, to make sure every region has the reporting it needs to run its business. You're equally comfortable in the weeds of a routing rule and in a room with regional leadership explaining what the numbers mean. WHAT YOU’LL DO * Own campaign hierarchy and structure: Build and maintain a clean, consistent campaign hierarchy in Salesforce (and connected tools) so every initiative, a single webinar, a third-party event, a sponsorship, a paid campaign, rolls up correctly into its parent program and ultimately into channel and pipeline reporting. * Enable campaign-level analytics: Make sure every campaign is structured and tagged so its performance can be isolated on its own or rolled up to the program level. Partner with RevOps and the Data Analytics team on how those metrics get modeled and presented, so at any given point we know exactly which campaigns are driving pipeline and which aren't. * Own the martech stack: Administer and continuously improve our marketing technology stack (CRM, marketing automation, enrichment, intent data, BI/analytics tools), keeping tools integrated, clean, and trusted. * Manage the marketing ops budget: Monitor spend across tools, campaigns, and vendors; ensure initiatives are delivered on time and within budget; and flag cost-effectiveness issues before they become a problem. * Improve speed-to-lead: In close partnership with RevOps, design, implement, and iterate lead scoring models and routing logic so the right leads reach the right rep as fast as possible. * Partner with RevOps: Be marketing's counterpart to RevOps on funnel definitions, handoffs, SLAs, and data hygiene across the lead-to-opportunity process. * Support regional marketing leadership: Work closely with regional marketing directors, alongside RevOps and the Data Analytics team, to make sure each region has the dashboards and reporting it needs for visibility into pipeline, funnel performance, and campaign impact. * Drive data integrity: Own the data model connecting marketing systems to Salesforce, and Hubspot, ensuring consistent fields, campaign attribution, and reporting logic across the funnel. * Enable the marketing team: Act as the go-to person for marketing systems and reporting questions, training the wider team on tools, processes, and self-serve dashboards. WHAT YOU BRING * An analytical, AI-enabled business mindset: 4-5 years of experience in marketing operations, equally comfortable building a report and explaining what it means for the business, is a campaign underperforming because of targeting, creative, or timing, and what should we do about it. You're quick to bring in AI tools (e.g., Clay) to work faster and smarter, not just to keep up with them. * Campaign reporting expertise: A track record of designing campaign hierarchies and reporting structures that let stakeholders drill from a single event or ad down to individual performance, and back up to full program-level ROI. * Salesforce expertise: Hands-on experience administering Salesforce, including the Campaign object, campaign hierarchies, and reporting/dashboards. This is a requirement. * Marketing automation and BI fluency: Experience with a marketing automation platform (HubSpot, Customer.io) and comfortable working in analytics/BI tools such as Hex, Looker, or Tableau, enough to partner effectively with RevOps and the Data Analytics team on how metrics get modeled and presented. You don't need to build every dashboard solo. * Lead scoring and routing experience: Proven experience designing lead scoring models and routing logic, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment. * Systems thinking: You see how tools, data, and process connect, and default to fixing the underlying system rather than patching one-off issues. * Clear communicator: You can explain technical or data concepts to non-technical stakeholders, including regional leaders who need answers, not jargon. THE ROLE We're looking for a warm, resourceful, and organized Workplace Coordinator to own the daily experience in our New York office. NYC is our largest and fastest-growing location, scaling from 120 people today to 400+ by end of year, and this role sits at the center of that growth. You'll be the face of the office, the go-to for employees and guests, and a key partner to People Ops, IT, and Finance on everything from onboarding to events to facilities. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in running a great office and brings structure and hospitality in equal measure. This is a full-time, in-person role, on-site five days a week, Monday through Friday. WHAT YOU’LL DO * Be the first face people see. You are Legora's final technical authority on how the platform behaves in the real world, not just how it is specced to behave. In legal AI, that gap matters: a platform that behaves differently than promised is not just a bug report, it is a risk to a client's matter, their deadline, or their trust in the product. Your edge is investigative judgment and platform mastery, not writing code: you close the gap between what the product promises and what customers experience, before and after it ships. This is a parallel technical-authority seat working hand in hand with Product Operations, without the software development scope of an engineer. WHAT YOU’LL DO * Own the hardest problems: Take the deepest technical escalations from across the function and drive them to root cause through rigorous log, data, and system-level analysis. * Validate the platform before it ships: Support beta testing and pre-GA investigations. Identify where real platform behavior diverges from the spec, pressure-test workflows under real conditions, and deliver findings to Product Operations with clear reproduction steps before they become customer-facing incidents. * Detect and declare systemic events: Identify when individual tickets share a common root cause and trigger coordinated incident response before volume makes the pattern undeniable. Own the signal that turns a cluster of cases into a declared Sev1 or Sev2 incident. * Be the AI subject-matter expert: Serve as the expert on platform behavior and AI output patterns, including accuracy, retrieval quality, document processing, and anomalous output. * Be the support function's voice in Product and Engineering: Bring the real-world pattern of platform failures into product reviews, release planning, and engineering discussions. Surface what the support tiers see that Product Operations does not, and advocate for the diagnostic tooling, observability improvements, and platform fixes that make the function faster and the product more reliable. * Drive technical root cause in incidents: Serve as the technical counterpart to the Principal Platform Advisor on Sev1 and Sev2 events, owning real-time diagnosis, Engineering liaison, and the technical path to resolution while the PPA holds customer coordination. Hand confirmed defects to Product Operations with clean reproduction steps and impact assessment. * Build leverage: Define and drive the diagnostic tooling, test frameworks, and automation that make every tier faster. Feed escalation trends back into product and process improvements, partnering with Product Operations to close the loop. * Raise the bar: Mentor and serve as final-filter reviewer for the specialists across the function. * Cover the clock: This role operates within a global follow-the-sun coverage model. Working hours may include occasional ad-hoc requirements outside the standard schedule. We will communicate any such requirements as early as practicable. WHAT YOU BRING * You have worked deep in technical support, solutions, or a platform-specialist role with a strong technical bent. * You are rigorous about the root cause, and logs, data, and systems are where you are at home. * You understand how LLM and AI systems behave, including how failure modes present to users. * You translate technical findings clearly for both Product Operations and customer-facing teams. * You are effective in cross-functional settings. You can represent the support function's perspective in engineering and product conversations and translate field patterns into product arguments that land. * You are composed under pressure and have experience working major escalations in parallel with customer-facing teams, without losing rigor on the technical investigation. * You think in patterns across cases, not just within them, and you act on a signal before it becomes a problem the customer names first. * A background in legal AI, document processing, or retrieval-augmented systems is a plus.
