The Strategic Finance team is responsible for providing data-driven insights to inform strategic, financial, and operational decision-making across the company. We’re seeking a Manager of Strategic Finance to partner with the Sales and Marketing teams to drive initiatives including new business acquisition planning, budget optimization, and long-term strategic projects. This is a high-impact role that will offer substantial senior leadership exposure and the opportunity to drive long-term value in a high growth environment at scale. A day in the life (Responsibilities) * Provide financial and strategic thought leadership supported by rigorous analysis, with a focus on new business acquisition targets and budget optimization  * Facilitate executive leadership decision making by translating sophisticated financial analysis into actionable operational recommendations * Drive strategic initiatives through a combination of business partnering, analytical insight, and project management * Collaborate across all levels of the organization by building strong cross-functional relationships and developing a deep understanding of Toast’s business model, including unit economics, product and market strategies, competitive landscape, and internal processes * Analyze and report on GTM KPIs, including bookings forecasts and customer acquisition costs, in support of executive decision making * Deliver monthly/quarterly quantitative and qualitative analysis of financial results, including variances to plan, ensuring key issues, risks, and business drivers are understood and highlighted   What you'll need to thrive (Requirements) * Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field * 7+ years of experience in Strategic Finance, FP&A or Business Intelligence roles * Proven track record as a finance business partner to Sales and Marketing organizations, with a strong emphasis on sales rep capacity modeling * Exceptional interpersonal skills with proven success collaborating across a wide spectrum of stakeholders and developing high performing talent  * Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills. The starting salary will be determined based on skills, experience, and geographic location. We are seeking a Senior Treasury  Analyst, Cash Management & Operations, to continue scaling our global treasury program. In this role, you will help optimize our global cash management operations. This individual will be responsible for managing daily treasury activities, including cash positioning, bank account management and  fintech solutions, while also playing a key role optimizing the treasury technology solutions. This position will report to the Senior Manager, Treasury Cash Management & Operations. A day in the life (Responsibilities) * Support global treasury operations, including cash positioning and payments, bank account management, intercompany, and banking administration * Partner with various departments to create and manage a direct cash flow forecast by gathering information on cash flows, pending transactions, and upcoming financial needs * Collaborate with the broader treasury on the  implementation and utilization of treasury management system and other technology tools to automate and streamline processes * Design and manage dashboards and reporting tools to provide real-time visibility into cash positions, liquidity, and treasury metrics * Develop and maintain policies and procedures for treasury operations to ensure adherence to best practices and governance standards (SOX Controls) * Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Accounting, Finance and Tax, to align Treasury activities with broader financial objectives What you'll need to thrive (Requirements) * Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field * 5+ years of experience in treasury management * Knowledge of global banking and payments, cash forecasting, and financial modeling * Experience with treasury management systems and related applications * Enthusiastic “roll up your sleeves” mentality and ability to build strong collaborative working relationships with business and banking partners * Strong partnership and management skills and the ability to collaboratively work with multiple stakeholders across the organization What will help you stand out (Nonessential Skills/Nice to Haves) * MBA or CTP * Global treasury experience with multinational companies * Prior experience implementing or optimizing treasury management systems and related applications * Understanding of financial markets and regulatory frameworks  * Experience working in or supporting fintech and business operations in a high-growth environment * SaaS or Fintech experience AI at Toast At Toast, one of our company values is that we're hungry to build and learn. What we're looking for * Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field; CPA preferred. * 3–5 years of public accounting (Big Four preferred) and/or industry experience within Broker-Dealer, FCM, asset management, investment advisory, or other regulated financial services organizations. * Experience supporting financial close, regulatory reporting, audits, and internal controls in a regulated environment. * Working knowledge of FINRA/SEC Broker-Dealer regulations, CFTC/NFA requirements for registered FCMs, and accounting guidance including ASC 815 (Derivatives and Hedging) and 17 CFR 1.20. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. * Availability to work Eastern Time hours to support daily regulatory filing deadlines. * Experience using generative AI responsibly to improve workflow efficiency while maintaining appropriate human oversight and delivering high-quality results.
