The Role
Legora is looking for a GTM Senior Systems Analyst to help engineer the technical foundation of our revenue engine - we need a
hands-on specialist to harden our infrastructure and ensure our systems scale alongside our growth.
You aren’t just managing a database; you are architecting a seamless Lead-to-Cash lifecycle, treating our internal tech stack as a
product that bridges the gap between sales momentum and financial precision.
In this role, you will have a heavy hand in the end-to-end evolution of our GTM ecosystem. With Salesforce as your primary canvas,
your work spans the full funnel: you will partner with Marketing to optimize lead intake and flow, collaborate with Sales and
Finance to refine "Lead-to-Cash" precision, and work with Customer Success to architect automated renewal and lifecycle workflows.
Reporting into our GTM Systems Manager, your goal is to move us from a working setup to a world-class, automated machine where
deal velocity is high, "quote-to-billing" friction is non-existent, and data integrity is absolute.

THE ROLE As the Senior Director of Business Analytics and Business Systems at Legora, you will lead the data and systems power decision-making across the company. You will be at the center of our business, owning the analytics function and the systems that enable it. You will define our data strategy, build scalable infrastructure, and ensure teams have the insights and tools they need to operate effectively, partnering closely with leaders across Finance, GTM, Product, and Operations to turn data into a strategic advantage. The Role We are hiring a Senior PMM, Partnerships to own the go-to-market strategy and narrative for Legora's partner ecosystem across data integrations, legal research platforms, and foundational model relationships. This is one of the most strategically significant PMM roles at the company. Legora's value compounds through its integrations. The depth and quality of our partner ecosystem, from the data sources that power our models to the LLM providers that underpin the platform, is a core differentiator. This role exists to turn that ecosystem into a marketing advantage: shaping how we position each relationship, how we co-market with partners, and how we bring integrated experiences to market in a way that drives pipeline, trust, and category credibility. The ideal candidate has spent the better part of a decade at the intersection of product marketing and partnerships in high-growth enterprise SaaS or AI environments. They know how to work with partners, structure a co-marketing motion, navigate joint narratives without ceding control of your own story, and how to translate a technical integration into a compelling commercial message. They are exceptional storytellers and writers, who can turn a partnerships into a competitive advantage. What You'll Do * Data integrations: Own positioning and launch strategy for Legora's integrations with legal data providers, document management systems, and workflow tools. Communicate integration depth and reliability to both technical and business buyers. * Legal research partnerships: Lead GTM and co-marketing programs with legal research platforms and content providers. Translate these relationships into trust signals and meaningful product differentiation. * Foundational model partnerships: Drive GTM strategy for Legora's relationships with leading AI model providers. Help the market understand how Legora builds on top of frontier models while remaining distinctly Legora — purpose-built, context-aware, and compliance-grade. * Ecosystem GTM: Build the playbooks, one-pagers, and co-sell assets that enable both internal teams and partner-facing stakeholders to tell a consistent, compelling story. * Co-marketing programs: Run co-marketing programs with strategic partners that grow pipeline, not just produce assets. * Ecosystem thought leadership: Drive ecosystem narrative and thought leadership content across the partner portfolio. * Sales partnership: Support sales on partner-led and partner-influenced deals with the materials and narratives they need to win. * Cross-functional alignment: Align with Product, BD, and Legal on partnership priorities. What You Bring * 6–8+ years in product marketing, with substantial time owning partnership or ecosystem GTM at scale * Deep experience marketing AI, data, or platform products ideally to enterprise or professional services buyers * A track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder narratives balancing both your story and a partner's story without losing precision or brand voice * Demonstrated ability to build co-marketing programs that grow pipeline, not just produce assets * Exceptional writing. The Role We're looking for a Global Community Lead to join our team in New York City. As Global Community Lead, you will shape and lead Legora’s global community strategy as a key driver of growth and retention. This role sits at the intersection of our product, marketing, and growth teams, with ownership of community as a measurable engine for activation, retention, expansion, and brand equity. You will design the community strategy, beginning in North America, launch programs from 0 to 1, and establish the operating model that ensures the Legora Community directly contributes to revenue and long-term customer value. In the early stages, you will personally lead high-impact initiatives. Reporting to the Senior Director of International Marketing, you will collaborate cross-functionally with GTM, Legal Engineering, Product, Engagement, and Brand to ensure community initiatives drive measurable outcomes aligned with company growth targets.
