Driving Loyalty, Growth, Results As the Marketing Director- Brand & Loyalty, you will oversee and champion Home’s Brand Advertising, Content Strategy, Loyalty, Credit and Gift Card Programs and Digital Commercial Marketing strategies to drive sales while building customer loyalty. Here’s how: Steward and elevate Home Hardware’s Masterbrand, Banner and Private Brand strategies, ensuring seasonal and campaign work is cohesive, compelling and commercially impactful. Partner with Creative, Digital, and Agency teams to deliver award-worthy campaigns that build brand affinity, drive acquisition and strengthen long-term equity. Lead content strategy and governance across digital, social, online, email, in-store and emerging channels. Oversee the full lifecycle of Home Hardware’s loyalty ecosystem including Scene+, Scotiabank credit (Consumer and Pro), and Gift Cards, ensuring each program enhances customer value and drives revenue. Oversee targeted CRM execution, using the CDP to personalize journeys, sharpen targeting and improve retention and acquisition. Lead and develop a team of marketing professionals, fostering high performance, psychological safety and continuous growth. Drive cross-functional collaboration across Marketing and the broader business, representing Brand & Loyalty on the Marketing Leadership Team. Model a data-first, insights-driven approach to decision making across teams and stakeholders. Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, Dealers, and cross-functional partners, communicating performance, insights, and strategic recommendations with clarity and confidence. Collaborate with Finance, Data & Analytics, Legal, Dealer Services and Retail Operations to ensure programs are compliant, commercially sound and operationally executable. We’re looking for: Degree in Marketing or Business with 5-10 years of experience. Proven expertise in loyalty program strategy and execution, ideally with hands-on experience managing major loyalty coalition or building proprietary programs. Deep knowledge of CRM and loyalty marketing principles and practice in a retail context, with demonstrated ability to leverage customer data to drive personalization, retention and growth. Experience managing financial institution partnerships (credit card programs) and gift card ecosystems is a significant asset. Demonstrated experience of brand building, including developing integrated campaigns across digital, email, broadcast and in-store channels that deliver measurable equity and sales results. Strong people leadership skills with experience building teams, developing talent, setting clear direction and maintaining momentum in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with an ability to influence, communicate complex strategies clearly and build trust across all levels of the organization. Strong knowledge of Partnerships and Sponsorships opportunities to elevate brand relevance. Familiarity with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and data-driven marketing technologies. Familiarity with a building Centre industry or similar retail environments is preferred, with a solid understanding of customer needs, market trends and competitive dynamics. Excellent organizational skills, multi-tasking ability and accuracy and budgeting experience. Knowledge of Home Hardware’s departments, systems and processes a definite asset. Ability to motivate, manage and provide direction to a team. Willingness to work extended hours when required, with some travel. Reporting to the Director of Merchandising, AMER on the Americas Merchandising team, you will simplify regional complexity to drive a cohesive omnichannel strategy that captures market opportunities and powers brand love. UPS STORE LEAD: Hourly Lead Person working in the UPS Section and responsible for its day-to-day operation. This person's primary duties include ordering, stocking, pricing, rotation, record keeping, inventory [Backstock Control], returns, seasonal promotions, computer file maintenance, housekeeping, suggestive selling, and customer relations on the salesfloor while working with one or two regular helpers assigned to the Section. Secondary duties assume related activities as required or assigned. The successful candidate must complete six months in the hired role to be eligible for the signing bonus. 1. Availability: Must be available to be scheduled 35+hrs a week, including nights and weekends, based on department needs. 2. Qualifications: Must be a Senior Non-Food Clerk with demonstrated leadership and merchandise skills. 3. Physical Demands: Repetitive lifting to 40#; occasional lifting to 80#.
