Our Talent Acquisition function is now entering its next chapter. The processes, standards, and hiring approach that support our
next phase of growth are being built today, and you'll play a significant part in that. You'll work closely with senior leaders
from day one and play a key role in shaping how Legora hires and scales.

will own hiring across our non-technical, non-GTM functions in North America. Finance, Legal, People, Operations, Marketing, and

As the business scales toward 1,500 people, the corporate functions supporting that growth are expanding fast across finance, people, legal, and operations. G&A at Legora is being built at the same pace as every other part of the business, in a company that has expanded into a dozen new markets in under two years and isn't slowing down. The people you'll partner with are senior leaders who are deeply invested in building their functions well and will expect the same from you. Based in New York, you'll lead G&A recruiting globally, managing a team across the US and Europe and working closely with the CFO, VP People, VP Operations, General Counsel, and CIO from day one. You'll manage managers and be accountable for everything the function produces. WHAT YOU’LL DO * Lead and develop a team of G&A Talent Partners across the US and Stockholm, setting the standard for how corporate hiring gets done and building the structure to scale alongside a headcount plan that keeps growing. * Own relationships across a broad set of senior stakeholders: the CFO, VP People, VP Operations, General Counsel, and CIO. Each has a clear view of what strong looks like in their function and you'll be the person helping them build it. * Drive consistency and quality across two markets with meaningfully different talent pools and hiring norms. The US and Europe each require a different approach and your strategy needs to reflect that. * Build the pipeline discipline, reporting, and performance metrics that give stakeholders a clear and consistent view of where hiring stands across every corporate function. * Partner with talent operations and the broader TA leadership team on tooling, process design, and cross-functional initiatives. WHAT YOU BRING You've led corporate recruiting at a company growing fast enough that the brief changed every quarter and the stakeholders had strong opinions. You know how to hold the bar across a broad remit, earn credibility with a CFO and a General Counsel in the same week, and build a team that performs consistently under pressure. We're looking for: * Meaningful experience leading G&A or corporate recruiting at a high-growth, VC-backed company, covering multiple functions rather than a single discipline. You've managed managers and built teams, not just run a desk. * The range to partner credibly with the CFO, VP People, VP Operations, General Counsel, and CIO simultaneously. You understand how each of these functions is built, you bring a point of view to those conversations, and you push back when you need to. * Multi-market experience across the US and Europe. You understand how talent markets differ on either side of the Atlantic and you build your approach accordingly. * A data-driven approach to running a function. You set targets, track the right things, and use performance data to improve rather than just report. * A hiring bar that doesn't move under pressure. When searches get hard, you change the approach, not the standard. THE ROLE When a company raises $550M, triples its valuation in under six months, and opens offices across four continents inside a year, the finance function doesn't get to move slowly. Legora's CFO oversees a global team operating across the US, Europe, and APAC, holding the company to a high standard across every market it enters. This role partners directly with the CFO and the G&A leadership team, owning the people agenda for a function that underpins everything Legora is building. The CFO leads with precision and high standards, and the people around them do too. WHAT YOU’LL DO As a Senior People Partner, you'll work as a true thought partner to the CFO and leadership team across the entire G&A organisation, helping shape the functions as they scales while ensuring strong performance, accountability, and organisational health. This isn't a support role. You're a strategic operator who can move between high-level organisational thinking and hands-on delivery when the moment requires it. Specifically, you will: * Own the people agenda for the finance function globally, partnering with the CFO and their leadership team on org design, workforce planning, headcount decisions, and team structure * Proactively identify organisational challenges before they become systemic. Build a deep understanding of the function's ambitions, risks, and capability gaps and get ahead of them * Set and hold the performance bar. Drive calibration, coach leaders through difficult conversations, and intervene early when standards slip rather than after the damage is done * Support leaders across the finance function as they navigate a period of significant growth, operating at a scale and pace many haven't encountered before * Own complex ER matters, restructurings, and multi-jurisdictional employment topics in partnership with regional People Partners across EMEA and APAC * Act as the primary connection between the finance function and the wider People organisation, including Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and People Tech, ensuring global frameworks translate into real impact on the ground WHAT YOU BRING You understand that people decisions are business decisions, and you hold yourself accountable to the same outcomes as the leaders you partner with. We're looking for: * A background in a senior HRBP or People Partner role, with meaningful time in a high-growth B2B SaaS or enterprise tech environment * A track record as a trusted advisor to senior finance or operational leadership, shaping decisions rather than supporting them. At that pace, the people infrastructure behind a function is what determines how well it scales. The performance standards, management capability, and organisational design that will define how this team operates at 800, 1,000, and beyond are still to be built. You'll build them, working directly with the CRO and their global leadership team, with the scope and access to make it count. WHAT YOU’LL DO As Senior Manager, People Partner, you'll work as a true thought partner to the CRO and their leadership team, helping shape the organisation as it grows while ensuring strong performance, accountability, and organisational health across the function. This isn't a support role. You're a strategic operator who can move between high-level organisational thinking and hands-on delivery when the moment requires it. Specifically, you will: * Own the people agenda for the CRO function globally, partnering with the CRO and their leadership team on org design, workforce planning, headcount decisions, and team structure as the revenue function expands into new markets and segments * Proactively identify organisational challenges before they become systemic. Build a deep understanding of the function's ambitions, risks, and capability gaps and get ahead of them * Set and hold the performance bar. Drive calibration, coach managers through difficult conversations, and intervene early when standards slip rather than after the damage is done * Build management capability in a team that's grown faster than most leaders have had time to develop.
