med placering i Norrköping, Göteborg, Malmö eller Stockholm
Rederiet har redaransvaret för Sjöfartsverkets fartyg och ansvarar för att förvaltningen av fartygen bedrivs effektivt, säkert och i enlighet med gällande krav. Verksamheten omfattar cirka 100 fartyg inom Sjöfartsverket, såsom lotsbåtar, farledsfartyg, sjömätningsfartyg och isbrytare, samt har management för SLU:s undersökningsfartyg Svea.
Vi behöver nu förstärka Rederiet med en HSEQ-koordinator, med huvudsaklig kompetens inom det systematiska sjösäkerhetsarbetet (ISM), arbetsmiljö och lagefterlevnad.
Som HSEQ arbetar du brett med frågor inom hälsa, säkerhet, kvalitet, miljö, arbetsmiljö och lagefterlevnad inom Sjöfartsverkets rederiverksamhet.
Rollen innebär ett självständigt ansvar för att stödja, utveckla och följa upp det systematiska sjösäkerhetsarbetet i nära samverkan med fartyg, rederiinspektörer och övriga funktioner inom rederiet. Du rapporterar till rederiets DP (Designated Person). Tjänsten kan innebära beredskapstjänstgöring.
stödja och utveckla rederiets arbete inom ISM, arbetsmiljö, riskhantering och lagefterlevnad
administrera, uppdatera och vidareutveckla rederiets säkerhetsledningssystem och tillhörande processer
hantera, följa upp och analysera avvikelser, tillbud, förbättringsförslag och korrigerande åtgärder
planera, genomföra och följa upp intern-audits samt stödja verksamheten inför extern-audits
bevaka förändringar i lagar, föreskrifter och andra krav samt omsätta dessa i verksamheten
stödja organisationen inom lagbevakning och implementering av nya eller ändrade regelkrav, exempelvis från IMO, EU, Transportstyrelsen och klassningssällskap
arbeta med och utveckla digitala system som stödjer det systematiska sjösäkerhetsarbetet
ta fram, granska och förvalta rapporter, PM, beslutsunderlag, instruktioner och andra styrande dokument
samverka med fartygsledningar, rederiinspektörer, klassningssällskap, myndigheter och andra interna och externa intressenter
vid behov medverka i ny- och ombyggnadsprojekt samt andra utvecklingsarbeten där HSEQ-perspektivet är centralt
Tjänsten innebär resor, främst inom Sverige men även internationellt.
Vem är du?
eftergymnasial utbildning inom exempelvis sjökapten, sjöingenjör, arbetsmiljö eller annan utbildning som Sjöfartsverket bedömer som likvärdig
aktuell erfarenhet av lagefterlevnad samt kännedom om nationella och internationella regelverk kopplade till fartygsdrift och säkerhetsarbete
erfarenhet av digitala system för att hantera och följa upp tex ledningssystem och avvikelserapportering
god förmåga att skriva rapporter, PM, beslutsunderlag och andra styrande dokument
mycket god förmåga att uttrycka dig i tal och skrift på svenska och engelska
B-körkort, manuellt växlat fordon
god erfarenhet av ISM-arbete, inklusive förvaltning, utveckling och uppföljning av säkerhetsledningssystem
utbildning inom eller erfarenhet av internrevision/ISM-auditering
flera års erfarenhet av arbete med systematiskt sjösäkerhetsarbete
god erfarenhet av arbetsmiljöarbete, gärna i en operativ och reglerad verksamhet inom sjöfart eller annan säkerhetskritisk verksamhet
aktuell erfarenhet av digitalisering, implementering eller förvaltning av verksamhetssystem inom HSEQ/ISM
erfarenhet av regelverk från fartyg i nationell sjöfart eller från verksamhet med flera fartygstyper
erfarenhet av arbete med HSEQ kopplat till nybyggnation av fartyg
erfarenhet av kontakt och arbete mot flaggstat, myndigheter och klassningssällskap
erfarenhet av arbete med sjöfartsskydd
