Role Requirements: * Minimum 3 years of experience with implementations, product management, or production support role with focus on front office technology such as Blackrock Aladdin, Charles River IMS, Bloomberg AIM, Simcorp, Finbourne, or Ridgeline * Deep understanding of the Asset and/or Wealth Management value chain, spanning multiple client segments, investment products, and operating models. * Must be comfortable leading executive-level workshops, steering committees, and program forums. * Proficiency in SQL and database management, including experience with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, & AWS * Specialist in at least one of the following Front and Middle Office focus areas: Risk & Analytics, Compliance & Regulation, Portfolio Management, Trading, Operations, Client Reporting, Transaction/Position/Cash Reconciliation, Data Management & Governance * Strong understanding of investment products and asset classes, including Equities, Fixed Income, Derivatives, and Alternatives, with the ability to translate investment and business needs into operating and technology design requirements * Proficiency with SQL is required, any additional coding skills also desirable * Experience with integration of cloud-based architecture (Snowflake, Azure, AWS) is desirable * Proficiency in data modelling, data governance, and data quality management across investment data domains (i.e., transaction, position, security, and ABOR/IBOR) * Openness to travel depending on client preference * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail * Excellent interpersonal and client relationship skills * Deep understanding of OMS/EMS/PMS vendor landscape (knowledge of EDM/MDM landscape a plus) * Entrepreneurial approach and commercial awareness * Proven experience in building and delivering solutions for large-scale transformations * Specialist industry qualifications such as CFA, CAIA, FINRA Series 7 or equivalent is desirable * Appreciation of regional business culture Compensation and Perks: * A competitive salary with discretionary bonus scheme based on company and personal performance * 25 days of annual paid time off * 401k matching * Sponsorship towards professional certifications / training supported with 5 days of paid training time * Choice of laptop * Supplemented medical, dental and vision coverage * North America team-wide training and employee appreciation retreats There are a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to - skill sets, experience and training, and licensure and certifications. A reasonable estimate of the range is $100,000 and $150,000 subject to change based on salary benchmarking.
