We are now strengthening our analytical capabilities within the Subscription organization and are looking for a Data Analyst who
can help us better understand and grow our subscription business.
In this role, you will work closely with commercial, lifecycle, marketing and product teams to develop analytical tools,
dashboards and insights that support day‑to‑day decision‑making and long‑term growth.
Your focus will be on understanding how our subscription business performs, what drives key KPIs, and how initiatives across
pricing, lifecycle, marketing and product impact customer value over time.
This is a role where you are expected to go beyond reporting; identifying the right questions, building the tools to answer them,
and turning data into actionable recommendations for the business.
You will play a key role in strengthening how data is used within the Subscription organisation by developing and maintaining
dashboards and analytical tools that provide clear visibility into performance. This includes enabling stakeholders to access,
understand and actively use data in their day‑to‑day decision‑making.
You will develop a deep understanding of DN Media Group’s subscription performance, across acquisition, engagement, retention and
customer lifetime value. A core part of the role is to analyse how initiatives within marketing, pricing, lifecycle and product
impact these KPIs, and identify patterns, trends and opportunities for improvement.
Working closely with commercial and product teams, you will translate data into clear insights and recommendations that drive
prioritisation and business decisions. This includes quantifying the impact of initiatives, supporting experimentation and helping
shape a more data‑driven approach across the organisation.
You will work closely with Subscription, Product & Tech, Customer Value Optimization and Marketing teams, supporting key
initiatives with relevant analysis and insight. The role plays an important part in connecting data across systems, customer
journeys and commercial processes, and ensuring that insight leads to measurable impact.
We are looking for someone who combines analytical depth with commercial understanding, and who thrives working close to the
business.
